"Birds Nest"..Lovely 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with view of the lagoons at the 15th hole which are
also a bird watchers delight.It has a large screened wrap-around porch which adds much more living
and entertaining space. The master has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double. Each has their
own full bath and there is an additional 1/2 bath downstairs where there is also a double sleeper
sofa.The home is decorated with utmost style in neutrals with wood and tile work throughout with
tropical/oriental furnishings. There is a private fenced rear garden that faces the golf course.
Loungers, tables and chairs are provided for outdoor entertaining in the garden brick patio area
surrounded by lush tropical plantings.

Everything is provided except your suitcase. Just bring your flip flops and your bathing suit.
All linens, towels, kitchen and cookware.The owner has provided extras in the kitchen from expresso
makers to food processors,and of course the blender,for those Margaritas.
There are 2 TV's and cable. Optional phone/DSL service can be provided. There is a washer/dryer,
ironing board and iron.

There are 2 pools and a fitness center in this lushly landscaped small communtity which wraps around
the Key West Golf Club (public). Enjoy all Key West has to offer just 5 minutes away and retreat to
the "quiet side" and your tropical getaway.
In Key West you can enjoy the many restuarants, shops, bars, music, theater/playhouses,
cinema,symphony and wide variety of outdoor activity from fishing to boat tours/cruises of every
type. There are marinas nearby if you need to store a boat.
