A dining area with glass table and 6 chairs and buffet separates the living room from the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The entry contains a hall table with lamp.

The kitchen has the ususal ... refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, blender, all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc., are furnished.

There is one designated parking space in the covered garage, with covered, secure walkway into the building. A key card is required to enter the garage, the grounds, and the building.
