living room with sofa, chairs, coffee table, TV armoire with TV, ceiling fan, etc. Two small (juliette) balconies off the living room overlook the skyline to the north and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts to the west (a beautiful view, especially at night). A dining area with glass table and 6 chairs and buffet separates the living room from the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The entry contains a hall table with lamp.

The kitchen has all the necessities ... refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, blender, all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc., are furnished.
