South Haven in the Winter - An often unpredictable lake with it's ice formations - a perfect time to get in a great week or weekend to relax. The city is so peaceful, like something out of a winter magazine - ice skating, strolling the shops with that warm cup of your favorite coffee. Then back to the condo for a relaxing fire.
This condo is a first floor end unit of a small established homelike complex - warm and cozy, available for year round rental. There is plenty of room on the large deck to enjoy a tranquil breakfast in this park like setting or enjoy some real star gazing in the evening. It has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and the living area has a comfortable queen sleeper, perfect for that extra guest.
We will do our best to accommodate your vacation needs by offering weekly, week-end or other requests with a minimum of two nights.

The unit has Central Air Conditioning, a Wood Burning fireplace and the kitchen has everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. We also include all linens and towels, gas grill on the deck, an in-unit combination washer/dryer, stereo, and cable TV with DVD player.
Our complex offers plenty of off street parking, a resort swimming pool, and tennis and basketball courts.

Downtown South Haven shopping and restaurants are less than a mile and a half away.
Beautiful South Haven beaches - Our first beach access is less than one mile away, just a nice walk or short drive along beautiful North Shore Drive. Sunset watching is a must!
The Kal-Haven Trail, a 33.5 mile trail from Kalamazoo to South Haven provides great opportunities
for biking or snowmobiling. Trail access is just a short ride from the condo. Local parks also
offer great opportunities for cross country skiing. South Haven businesses provide all types of
equipment rental. Golfing, charter boat rentals, and family activities abound in this well known community.

Summer:June 9th through September 8th - $725 per week (includes cleaning and taxes) Saturday to Saturday Rental.
For the week of June 30th - July 7th, $925 (Includes cleaning and taxes). Check in 3:00, check out 10:00am.
Nightly rentals may be available with 2 night minimum.
Off Season: Sept.8th - June 8th, 2013 - $600 per week. Nightly rentals available with 2 night minimum.
We ask for a security deposit of $250 which will be returned within 7 days if property left clean and undamaged.
