9-1-2007 thru 12-15-2007- $1050.00 per week.
12-16-2007 thru 1-31-2008- $1260.00 per week.
2-1-2008 thru 4-30-2008- $1600.00 per week.
Rates are for 2007-2008 season.
Saturday to Saturday Rentals Only!
Shorter stays only if there is an
opening in our calendar!
All rentals subject to 12% tax+
$110 Cleaning/Linen Fee.
$200 Security Deposit on all bookings.
Rates based on 6 people. Extra persons $60 per week.
Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice!
$200 extra per week for Spring Break & Holiday weeks.
