Our vacation spot is not a condo but a detached private two bedroom,
two bath villa on one floor with a two car garage and nine foot
ceilings, tastefully decorated with hand painting and faux
techniques. The decor and furniture is warm, comfortable and
coordinated throughout, from the generous entryway, the bright
kitchen and cozy family room, to the large living room. The master
sweet with oversized shower and king sized bed looks out over the
lake. The ample sized second bedroom has two twin beds and a full
bath nearby.

Bonita Springs located between Fort Myers and Naples is just 15
minutes south of Fort Myers airport. Our villa is in the gated
community of Villages of Bonita minutes away from the Gulf Beaches
and gorgeous golf courses.

Shopping exclusive boutiques, sensational outlet malls, or Coconut
Point Mall is quite convenient.
Wonderful restaurants abound and Naples, Ft Myers and Sanibel are all
nearby. For fun there is also deep sea fishing, shelling, sailing,
parasailing, jet skiing, golf close at hand.

Our villa sits directly across from the clubhouse with its pool, hot
tub, fitness center, gas grill and meeting room. A friendly group
meets there for potlucks and to plan excursions to cultural and
sporting events or plan a dinner at favorite spots if you care to
participate. Tennis and shuffleboard courts and lovely walking and
biking areas are just outside your door.

We are fully furnished including linens, towels, washer and dryer, a
well equipped kitchen, a new 42 inch cable television and internet
access. Just bring your shorts, sandals and toothbrush and have
some fun!
