end road. Adjacent to town conservation land, a more private setting is hard to find. Watch
the sun rise over Eastham's largest pond from the deck, living room and master bedroom.
Enjoy quiet afternoons and evenings on the porch. Walk through conservation land to a
freshwater beach and recreation area. Close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bicycle path, bay
beaches and the Cape Cod National Seashore. Bring your canoe, kayak or sailboat, the
cottage has private access to Great Pond for boating, fishing and swimming. Enjoy Cape Cod at any time of year!

The view is great. We just love the wildlife here. The rabbits in the yard, the hawks
flying down into the bushes outside our windows. I can't think of a better place on the
Cape to stay for a weekend. Can't wait to come back here.

Another lovely mini-vacation at Clark's Point Cottage. Found out there were at
least 3 geo-caches here. Found one at Cottontail Acres; one on Fox Run Trail and one at
Wiley Park. The cottage itself was as warm and welcoming as we remembered. Such a
lovely, relaxing spot. The owls serenaded us to sleep last night...a great send off.
Thanks again for sharing this lovely, peaceful spot.

Clark's Point Cottage is everything I had hoped for and more! It is just beautiful! The
view! The peace! All the extra touches! My time here was filled with morning walks in
the conservation area, afternoon walks at the Oceanside beaches, ending with sunset and
moonlit walks on the bayside. In between walks, I just enjoyed the wonderfulness of the
cottage...its view, the bird songs, the fireplace! Very peaceful and relaxing! I leave with
great anticipation of my next visit!

Our 2nd year here...our favorite time will always be the time we spend sitting on the
deck & listening to the sounds of Great Pond....we love the ospreys and eagerly await
their arrival...be back again next year!

This was, without a doubt, our most perfect Cape vacation..thanks to this wonderful
cottage. It is everything we hoped it would be...a quiet tranquil spot to explore, breezes
all day long, a beautiful view, and the call of the wild to put us to sleep (we will miss the
resident owl very much!)...Thank you so much for creating such a warm, cozy cottage in
such a peaceful spot. We can't wait to come back.

I am eight years old. My brother says "I love this place" every day. We loved the pond.
Every morning my Dad went fishing on the pond.

I'm so sad we can only spend a week here. It has been so fun! I was fishing on the
dock and I caught a bass! My sister (age 9) caught a sunfish and a pickerel. Every day
was packed with great things to do. We also rented a canoe and went on the pond.

As we pulled uop the driveway for the first time we instantly knew this was a special
place. We have fallen in love with everything about Clark's Point Cottage! It is easy to see
that lots of love & attention to detail went into building this cottage. We vacation/travel a
lot and have never felt so at home and at peace. After a day at the beach or out
exploring it was always nice to come up the driveway to be welcomed by the serenity and
magic of Clark's Point. The cottage and the land around it is filled with such great
energy...the sounds of nature and the draw of the pond...great for your mind and
spirit...we will return soon!
