Vacation Rental Description

Experience all the "Emerald City" has to offer from the comforts of your vacation home. Located in  
the historic Ballard/Crown Hill area of Seattle, you can easily access and enjoy all Seattle has to  
offer. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home was completely remodeled in 2004 to offer everything new homes  
have today while keeping the charm of the original 1920 design.  The large backyard hosts an upper  
deck for gathering with friends and family or relaxing to soak up the sun. (Yes, we do have sun in  
Seattle!)  The lower deck is perfect for dining in the evening under a beautiful umbrella maple tree  
after a long day of cruising the Seattle waterfront and Pikes Place Market.  Unwind for some  
personal time inside the home and enjoy the unique personalities of each room. We look forward to  
sharing our home and the wonderful city of Seattle with you to make the perfect Northwest vacation.

Top Floor:  Master Bedroom Loft:  Queen bed, DVD player 
            2nd Bedroom: Full bed with twin trundle and twin bunk (sleeps 4 total) 
 
Main Floor: Living Room 
            Dining Room: Table seats up to 10 
            Kitchen: Fully stocked for anything you can imagine! 
            Kitchenette:  Table seats 4 to 6 
            Bedroom:  Twin daybed that pulls out to a King, tv, dvd player 
            Bathroom:  Full bath 
 
Bottom Floor:  Family Room: TV, DVD player, games, puzzles, books 
               Bathroom: Jacuzzi tub, shower, 2 sinks 
               Laundry room:  Washer/dryer/iron 
               Bedroom: Queen bed 
 
Back Yard: Upper Deck: 2 Loungers, 2 chairs, 1 loveseat, umbrella 
           Lower Deck: 2 tables, 6 chairs, barbecue 
           Grass Yard: Double lounger with ottoman 
 
 
The home is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need...except your clothes and  
toothbrush.  We can accomodate the needs of infants and toddlers with cribs, portable sleep cribs,  
high chairs, umbrella strollers and toddler chairs...not to mention toys and games for fun.  If you  
need to get some work in we have wireless internet as well as phone (unlimited long distance  
included).  You are a 2 block walk to a wonderful shopping center for groceries, pizza, Key Bank,  
dry cleaners, Starbucks coffee, and wonderful restaurants if cooking is out of the question.  Costco  
is just a few miles away if you need to stock up for a longer stay.  We have menus for the local  
take out and delivery making your search for delicious local food a snap.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season: May 15- Sept. 15......  $1650- $6600/month 
 
Low Season:  Sept. 15- May 14.....  $1200- $4800/month  
 
Sales Tax:   9.0% 
 
Cleaning Fee: $150 (non-refundable) 
 
Security Deposit: $300 (refundable) 
 
Reservations: 50% of rental fee is required to reserve a booking.  The balance of the rental fee plus 
              security deposit and cleaning fee are due 45 days prior to arrival. 
 
Cancellations: Cancellations up to 60 days prior to rental period will gain a full refund minus $75  
               cancellation fee. 
               Cancellations from 30 to 60 days prior to rental period will be refunded 50%. 
               Cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable.
