FYI:  Pets.  Only on a case to case basis.  I am allergic to cats.  If I checked into a home that had  a cat, I would be sneezing my head off and itching my eyes until I couldn't see.  I don't want this to happen to any of my guests.  So tell me your need and we can talk about it.   If it is something we can work out, there will be a $250 pet fee which will be non-refundable (to have furniture and carpeting cleaned)

Rented only for a week or longer. 

$975 per week
$2500 for special events such as Bike Week, Race Week, Biketoberfest,
major holidays, Turkey Rod ($1750)

I would consider renting for the month during special event times, but the monthly rate would be greater than a "normal" monthly rate to take in consideration the special event week which rents for $2500/wk.

$250 security deposit (refundable if everything is left as it was found) and a $49 (non refundable) Damage Waiver Policy.  I used to charge a $500 security deposit but have decided to try this security deposit system.  It is less expense for the vacationer.
