Just Gotta Get Away! Pool, Hot tub, Bikes, Beach in Daytona Beach

The primary picture shown is of my nurse friend and myself.  We were at the beach late in the afternoon.  The lifeguards had left the beach and we decided to try to climb up the lifeguard stand.  It is really higher than it looks!  We couldn't believe we made it up there! 

3 bedroom, 2 bath, family room with fireplace, eat in kitchen with island bar, formal dining room, formal living room with French doors for privacy, in ground pool, Jacuzzi, small fish pond with park bench, located in a quiet cul-de-sac within biking or walking distance to Ross Dress for Less, Port Orange Steak House, McDonald's, Publix Supermarket, Winn Dixie, etc.

I am a Registered Nurse by profession.  ****I have included a picture of myself under PHOTOS so you can get an idea who you will be renting from.****  I am also the mother of four daughters and seven grandchildren.  We have traveled alot.  I know what I like:  a clean environment, spacious, and a booking that is true to its description.  That is what you will get when you book with me.   I am also available when you call.  I respond quickly to any concern.  I care about your vacation!  I want you to create good memories to take back home with you!  Sincerely, Miriam

FYI:  Pets.  Only on a case to case basis.  I am allergic to cats.  If I checked into a home that had  a cat, I would be sneezing my head off and itching my eyes until I couldn't see.  I don't want this to happen to any of my guests.  So tell me your need and we can talk about it.   If it is something we can work out, there will be a $200 pet fee which will be non-refundable (to have furniture and carpeting cleaned so there would be no trace of a pet)  No exeptions to the Pet Fee I charge.  Only a small pet(s) will be considered.  Sorry, no monkeys....yes, I was asked one time if someone could bring their two monkeys...THANK GOD they asked!!!

Cancellation Policy.  I refund time.  If you are unable to keep your reservation, then rebook when you know you may be able to vacation at my home.  As long as it is for the same rate, and the dates are open, you can change your vacation dates with me with an acceptible notice given.

Rented only for a week or longer. 

Rates begin at $975/week for September - February per week  March - September 1 rate is $1175/week.

$2500 for special events such as Bike Week, Race Week, Biketoberfest,
major holidays. Turkey Rod Run/Thanksgiving $1500,  Coke Zero $2000

I would consider renting for the month during special event times, but the monthly rate would be greater than a "normal" monthly rate to take in consideration the special event week which rents for $2500/wk.

I fill my calendar as the dates are booked. I found that this is a
plus for those that are trying to book!

$250 security deposit (refundable if everything is left as it was found).   There is a $100 cleaning fee which is not refundable.

Check in time is at 4:00 p.m. (if you arrive earlier you can place your belongings in the home and return when the housekeeper has left by 4:00).  Check out time is 10:00 (if you need more time and there is no one else due to arrive, I am easy to get along with...we can work that out!)

I accept PayPal, have access to a company that processes Visa/Master Card/Debit, and also accept a check or money order if paid in advance.  If you happen to live in the St. Louis area, I would also accept cash :).
