This beautiful Mexican hacienda is located right on the beach in the charming town of Bucerias,
just 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. A large front yard with coconut trees,
bougainvillea and hibiscus plus a patio and further plantings in the back where the large pool has a
spacious patio for lounging with total privacy.
The view in the front is fantastic. Look out over the 20 mile wide Bay of Bandaras - sailboats,
dolphins and an occasional whale. You are directly on the beach - walk out the front gate and onto
the wide beach with up to 4 miles to walk in one direction and 2 miles in the other. Bucerias is a
charming town which is still 90% Mexican and absolutely non-touristy. Local family run restaurants
are excellent and local food stores including a new supermarket carry all the essentials. Puerto
Vallarta is just 15 minutes away for gourmet restaurants, Sam’s, Cosco, cruise ships and all the
tourist attractions.
