Oregon’s year-round resort playground. Sunriver’s high-desert
climate nearly guarantees sunshine, and the clean, crisp mountain
air is energized with the scent with juniper and sage. Local
residents include deer, fox and coyotes, rainbow trout, river
otter, ducks and geese, owls, eagles and osprey.

Featuring “all the comforts of home,” including a fully-equipped
kitchen, gas barbecue, 3 televisions (with cable), DVD/CD, VHS, and
a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), a variety of videos,
CDs, games, books and bicycles are also supplied.

Numerous large windows add to the light and airy feeling inside.
Guests appreciate the large semi-secluded back deck with hot tub
which fronts a common area frequented by deer and other wildlife.
They understand why this property has been described as “a little
gem in a pine grove.”

This centrally located home is “near everything” in Sunriver – just
a short walk to shops and restaurants, the South Pool, Sunriver
Lodge, Meadows Golf Course and Driving Range, Nature Center and
Observatory, Marina, Stables and Ft. Rock Park.

Sunriver features 3 challenging and award-winning 18-hole golf
courses, including the incomparable Crosswater, selected by Golf
Digest as one of "America's 100 Greatest Courses."

Sunriver guests also enjoy bicycling 30 miles of bike paths and
wooded trails, swimming, tennis, horseback riding, canoeing,
kayaking and even whitewater rafting on the Deschutes River.

Winter activities include sleigh rides, snowshoeing, cross-country
skiing, and snowboarding and downhill skiing on the world-famous
powder at Mt. Bachelor (just 15-miles from Sunriver). Local
