Artist's Townhouse at Cypress Landing in Fort Myers

Immaculate and fully furnished townhouse in a gated community near
Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach,
Lover's Key, Cape Coral, Pine Island, downtown Fort Myers, and
Naples. The clubhouse features a well equipped fitness center with

community that is located close to more shopping and restaurants than
can be imagined. It is just 15 minutes from the airport, close to
interstate 75 and 2 hours from Tampa and Miami. The Fort Myers area
offers peace and quiet that you cannot find on the east coast.
Cypress Landing is located in an area that does not have the winter
traffic congestion like Cape Coral, where at least a half hour is
wasted going over the bridges.

Beautiful original works of art are in every room. Most are
available for purchase if you fall in love with one. Each bedroom
has a full private bathroom (ensuite bath rooms). The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a kingsize bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, appliances and dishes needed. All
linens are provided. The bedrooms and great room have remote
controlled ceiling fans and lights. Laundry is in the hallway
between the bedrooms. The lanai is very private with a water view.
Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and beach noodles are in the lanai closet. Plasma television and home theater sound systems are located in the great room. There is a powder room off the great room. Of course it has A/C!

Cypress Landing is a recently completed community located in golfing
heaven. The courses are too numerous to name or count. A bicycle
path that is approximately 50 miles long is located next to
Cypress Landing. The Caloosa Nature Center and Six Mile Slough
Preserve are 2 minutes away. Many other nature centers are located
withing minutes of Cypress Landing. There are many churches within
5 minutes, including the mega-church McGregor Baptist that you may
have watched on TV or the internet, known for their world renowned
choir. Hammond Stadium, spring training facility of the
Minnesota Twins, is less than 10 minutes away. City of Palms
Stadium,spring training facility of the Boston Red Sox, is 15 minutes
away. The Tampa Devil Rays spring training facility is 35 minutes
away in Port Charlotte. We have more salt and fresh water fishing
and boating than can be magined. Theme parks in Tampa, and Orlando
are approximately 2 hours away.
