Delightful Villa some June/July avail. inc. July 4 in Naples

Our lovely four bedroom, three bathroom villa is situated in Naples,
the Jewel of the Gulf Coast of
Florida. It is furnished to a very high standard. The master bedroom
has a king size bed, TV and en-
suite.The second master has a queen size bed, and there are two
further well-appointed, twin bedded
rooms. There are a further two bathrooms,with the overall layout
being ideal for two families. The garden and landscaping are arguably among the best on the development.
The Great Room has a lovely airy feel, and boasts TV, DVD player and 
a stereo system. The kitchen, with Corian countertops is fully equipped with
all neccessities, including stove, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook,
a cozy eating area with a small table and two chairs. The dining area has a glass-topped table large enough to seat eight diners comfortably.
A utility room houses a washer and tumble dryer, with access to the
garage. We have 4 tvs all with DVD Players.

For the 2011 season we are pleased to offer secure wireless broadband and BBQ on a complimentary basis.

The villa has a pool and spa (electric heating optional) and a full
range of luxurious outdoor furniture and sun loungers to enjoy all day sunshine from the large, southerly aspect caged lanai, which overlooks a delightful lake with a fountain.
It is situated in the quiet, secure gated residential community of
Briarwood, with 24 hr. surveillance. There is a comumnity area with two further pools,tennis courts and children's play area.
It is a short drive away from the Gulf of Mexico beaches and downtown
Olde Naples, with it's wonderful shops, galleries and restaurants. Local stores and supermarkets are minutes away. Wireless broadband is available.
We have a set of gents and a set of ladies golf clubs and tennis
racquets for guests' complimentary use, and fishing equipment for those lazier days.

Golf, tennis, fishing, boating, sightseeing, beach, swimming,
shopping.
The Islands of Sanibel and Captiva to the North and Marco Island and
The everglades to the South
make Naples a great centre to explore South-West Florida.
Naples famous fishing pier and City Dock, along with miles of
wonderfulbeaches are not to be missed.
