Additional Fees:  8.9% sales tax

Cleaning = $125 cleaning fee party of 1-4 or $150 party of 5+

Deposit =  $500 + half balance due 30 days in advance of stay, secure online payment and refund using Visa/MC PayPal.
Pets considered, add $50/night. Smoking only outside.
Minimum 3 night stay. Stay 7 nights, get 2 free! Book and pay in
advance for 14 nights any time of the year and get a 3 night bonus!!! Monthly rental also possible.
Refund policy: Full refund 30 days prior to stay, 75% refund 2
weeks, 50% refund 1 week. No refunds (except cleaning + deposit) if 6 days or less notice prior to stay.
