Our Villa is very spacious having the luxury 
of 4 Double Bedrooms ( 2 Queen Rooms/ 2 Twin Rooms) and 3 Full 
Bathrooms ( 1 luxury en-suite with w.c. / large vanity unit with 
twin basins/ oval Roman tub / and large walk in shower).
The  Villa is Fully Air Conditioned and is furnished to a very high 
standard and with many upgrades for your comfort.

The Great Room is a delightful, spacious/light and open plan 
area. 
A Breakfast Bar with 2 Chairs separates this area from the 
Kitchen/Dining Area . 
The Kitchen is superbly fitted out with every modern appliance you 
require. Cookware/Utensils were upgrades also.
The Nook has a large Dining Table and Six Dining Chairs. 
The Nook has views to the Private Pool & Golf Course

Located downstairs and with fabulous views  is a pretty Guest Double
(Queen) Bedroom . It has lovely furnishings and a large fitted 
closet. There is a  sliding Patio Door which leads you onto the 
covered Lanai/Pool Area and Golf Course Views of the 3rd Green & 
Fairway.
A Full Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedroom.

Located upstairs and leading off from the very light and spacious 
landing which has a feature window  are  three further  Bedrooms.
Two Twin Rooms both furnished to a high standard and both with a 
light aspect having two windows in each room. 
There is a Full Bathroom located between the two Twin Rooms.

An impressive entry via Double Doors from the landing area  leads 
into the beautifully furnished  Master Bedroom. A large picture 
window with spectacular views over the Golf Course makes this a
