A great 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Ocean Lakes; a gated community in a 310 acre resort on the Atlantic Ocean; located at MH120 Dick Pond Drive, equipped with 2 queen beds with tv in master, 2 twin beds, and a Trundle bed; can be a double or 2 singles, a living room that seats 8; includes a new sofa and love seat, with a 32" hi def t.v., vcr/dvd and sterio system; a separate dining room plus an eat in, fully equipped, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, an outside shower for after the beach playing in the sand, front deck which is covered and gated to allow small children and pets freedom to roam, a separate sun room with t.v., plus a "sunning area" with deck chairs between the houses In house Wireless internet just added.

Within Ocean Lakes there are many amenities including a HEATED INDOOR POOLl, an outdoor swimming pool, a childrens splash pool, a recreation hall, a game building with many up-to-date games, putt putt golf, horseshoe pit, skating area, vending machines, a "country store" the famous "meet and eat" area with
food and ice cream; and there is free WiFi internet at this area,plus Ocean Lakes offers Bike and Golf Car rentals. Ocean Lakes is affiliated with Prestwick Golf and Country Club and offer special rates when reserved with them.

The basic policy in Ocean Lakes is you bring linens, paper products and you clean the house before check out; D.I.Y. We offer "do it yourself" and "Enjoy yourself" rates; DIY rates are listed here; HOWEVER, during the SEASON - MAY 26TH UNTIL AUGUST 24TH - WE WILL CLEAN THE HOUSE AFTER CHECK OUT at no cost. If you prefer us to provide Linens for Beds, Baths and Kitchen and Launder them after check out, the additional cost will be $50.00.
We accept Payment, in US dollars, by Checks or Money Order and Cash.
During the "Season" we rent only weekly; in off season, we do nightly(3 min), weekly, monthly and multiple months at a greatly reduced rate.
Not Hot Season: Oct 27th till Mar 31st $120.00/night $600.00/wk $1,500.00/mo
We also have a "one couple rate" during this period which is less for multiple months; 2, 3,4,or 5 months.
Spring Season : Mar 31st till May 26th $130.00/night $780.00/wk $1,750.00/mo
SEASON : May 26th till August 24th $1,350.00/week; 2012 special - we clean at check out...........NO COST!!!
End of Season : Aug 25th till Oct 26th $130.00/night $780.00/wk $1,750.oo/mo
During SEASON, check in 3 pm or later with check out at 10 am or earlier; late check out fees apply.
