Open loft-like floor plan.  Partial ocean views.  Concrete floors, exposed wood-burning fireplace, large glass-walled walki-in shower.  Skylights.  One bedroom with sitting/meditation/yoga room, easily converted to a guest bedroom with a queen size aero bed and living room has an indian-style daybed that can serve as a single guest bed.  Two parking spaces at the house as well.

Cute, quiet neighborhood with clubhouse, pool and jacuzzi (available to owners and approved tenants).  This 2002 Silvercrest manufactured home looks like a Contemporary Cape Cod home from the outside, when you walk in the door, you enter Zen.

This house has everything you need for a peaceful retreat and year-round living.  Across the street the Montage Resort & Spa and pristine beaches.

Just steps from drug and grocery stores, hair and nail salons, yoga and martial arts studios, and several restaurants (from Five-Star dining to gourmet pizza, Ruby's Diner, great Chinese, La Sirena... amazing Baja-Mexican), and gorgeous ocean-view parks right down the street.

The Laguna Reef Inn (right by this house) can charge more for one room than we do for an entire beautiful house!  And no other corporate housing can compare to this sweet nest.
