The cottage is 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home with 1100 sq.ft.set in a quiet
neighborhood.
Close to shopping and recreation. Great for Traveling nurses and Diablo Canyon temps.

A fully equipped kitchen contains all major appliances as well as coffee maker/grinder,
toaster, blender, spices, dishes, etc. Washer and Dryer. Outdoor patio with seating and BBQ.
There is a double bed in 2 of the bedrooms, and a queen bed in the Master bedroom. Toilet
paper, linens, towels,iron and board, local use of phone, Internet access, satellite HDTV with
movie channels.

Nearby recreation includes beautiful huge sand beach for surfing, horseback riding,
fishing, wind surfing, scuba diving, or at Oceano State beach you can drive and go 4
wheeling! Lake Lopez offers boating, waterskiing, fishing, sailing and a water park just 20
minutes away, and Montana de Oro State park offers majestic hiking and horseback riding.
Many golf courses to choose from.
Shopping is great for unique antiques and gifts just down the road at historic Arroyo
Grande Village, or choose the outlet mall in Pismo Beach.

Credit Cards accepted. Sorry, non-smoking only. You may rent by the day, week or month, with a 2 day minimum. A deposit of $300-600 and a signed contract is required.Cancelation must be received 45 days before rental for a full refund on deposit. A cleaning fee of $85.00 is also required. Dogs ten pounds and under will be considered.Those who are
approved to have a dog have a fee of $50.00. Check in time is after 3PM. Check out time is before 12 noon. 
Rates for Sept. thru May:
$150-200  per night (min 2 night) plus cleaning fee
$850-950 per week plus cleaning fee
$2600 - 3200 per month plus cleaning fee.
June thru August:
$200 - 225 per night (min 2 night) plus cleaning fee.
$950 - 1150 per week plus cleaning fee.
$2800 - 3200 per month plus cleaning fee.
