Our unit at the Bayswater Resort Condominium is a newly constructed ocean-view condominium of 1313 sq ft of enclosed living space plus a balcony. This large gated condominium resort is located within the emerging metropolitan enclave of MetroEast-Udini.  Bayswater is only minutes away from the Jelutong Expressway; a scenic coastal road leading to Georgetown and the Penang Bridge. For more choices, the Queensbay Mall is just minutes away.  As well, a short taxi ride or taking the hourly bus service from the complex to Georgetown will make getting around a lot more convenient than any other resorts. No smoking is allowed inside the condo and no pets allowed. Renters are required to strictly comply with this rule.

This two and a half bathroom apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Detail description:

24/7 secured gated condo complex. 4-zone air-conditioning and ceiling fans. More than 9 ft high ceiling with upscale finish. Contemporarily furnished with comfortable beds and marble furniture.

Off street sheltered parking in the parkade, card key controlled entraces leading to foyer, gymnasium, reading room and game room. Luxuriously decorated with porcelain tiles and feature lighting fixtures. 24/7 security guards are on duty and patrolled by security personelle.

We cater to families. Our master bedroom ensuite has an ensuite walk-in shower and plenty of closet space with organizers.  A hair-dryer and a lighted mirror for facial make-up are provided. The 2nd bedroom has a nice walk-in shower and also a spacious closet with organizers.  The third bedroom with a spacious desk has a trundle bed and can be used as a den as well.

It is furnished with ding table set for 6 persons, sofa, loveseat, otterman and entertainment centre. Living room has access to the balcony with spectacular ocean-city view.  All the bedrooms have ocean view.

All towels, including tea towels, are provided.  A full size washer is provided in the ensuite laundry room. Additional cleaning (or maid) service is provided at a small fee and is highly recommended.  There is a $200 of fully refundable damage deposit required during booking. 

Cabled "LG" HD LCD TV, all-zone DVD-Karaoke player and the 5.1 stereo amplifier system are provided. Just bring your mic and DVDs.

Full kitchen has a ducted and power-vented hood, a gas stove and a full size fridge. It has a good assortment of appliances, including a full size Samsung microwave oven, Panasonic rice cooker, electric hot water kettle, a titanium wok, titanium pots and pans. The kitchen is stocked with cook utensils for your culinary pleasure, even though dining out is so conveniently abundant with many choices. There is a BIO PURE water filtration unit to provide filtered hot and warm drinking water for your convenience.

This condominium resort complex is recently completed by IJM, one of the most prestigious builders in Malaysia.  It has 9 ft. high ceiling, electric hot-water for shower units and ambient-lighting ceiling.  Porcelain tiles and ceiling fans will give you added comfort.   For additional photo information, please email me to see my photo website.

My friendly manager offers highly recommended personalized transfer services between the airport and the resort for an upfront charge of $20 one way.  If you are interested, please arrange this service with advance notice.  He will monitor your flight arrival and greet you at the airport.

For communication, there is limited WiFi internet at the pool area. 24/7 3G Broardband modem available for mobile internet with $200 refundabe deposit.  Optional RM113 per month for mobile 3G service can be arranged for insuite Wi-Fi service. Wi-Fi available at coffee shops and Subway Restaurant just across the street at the eGate Mall.

Being so closed to the Tesco Mall, you can enjoy a good variety of
restaurant foods
and snacks within minutes of walking across the street. For better
variety
of shopping, the Queensbay Mall is only 10 minutes away. The
bus provides hourly service to Georgetown so getting around
is easy.
If you choose to ride a taxi or the bus, they are all within your
reach very
conveniently.

In Georgetown, you may want to do your business, feel the pulse of

cuisine offered at many restaurants at very reasonable costs.

You have so many choices of things to do. Walk along the white sand
Batu
Ferringhi Beach, visit the museums, golfing, water sports, snorkeling

night markets and shop for handicrafts and artworks.

Minimum rate* of 4-night stay at $80 per night based on double occupancy.
Additional surcharge of $10 per person per night for more than 2 persons.
Minimum charge of 4 nights even for stay of less than 4 nights.
