This one bedroom apartment is in a walk-up building is located on East
6th street, between Avenue A and First Avenue. The apartment is two
flights up, located on the 3rd floor at the back of the building.

You enter the apartment through the kitchen. From the left to the
right, the kitchen has one side board, a build-in closet, and a window
on the right. It is equipped with an oven, a stove and a refrigerator
with freezing compartment. On the left side of the kitchen, you enter
the living room, with two large windows at the back of the building,
providing a lot of light. The living room is furnished with one full
size sofabed, four chairs and one dining table. Standing in the living
room, on your left an archway leads to a bedroom with one large
build-in closet and a two twin size beds. In the back, on the right
side of the living room, just behind the kitchen, there is a full
bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a toilet and a shower
in the bathtub.

The East Village area around East 6th Street is specifically known for
it's famous Indian restaurants. Grocery, drug store and ATM are close.

Transportation: there is a a subway station (Astor Place) located
three avenue blocks from the apartment, about a 5 minute walk.

Requests upon arrival: airport pick-up / drop-off, extra cleaning and
laptop services can be provided for an additional fee exclusively for
guests staying in apartments of this owner.
