Spacious 2,900 square feet, fully air conditioned 4 bedroom 2
bath house is located in what is called the Treasure Coast. This split
plan house comprises of a Master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and
en-suite bathroom with roman tub, separate toilet and large separate
walk-in shower, 3 further large bedrooms, two are furnished with queen
sized beds and one room has twin sized, the second bathroom is
situated off the hallway between the two double bedrooms and a queen
size sofa bed located in lounge area, formal dining area, fitted
kitchen (all crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchenware supplied),
with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, sink waste disposal unit,
microwave, range and oven, including a large double door
fridge/freezer with ice making compartment. The separate breakfast
area overlooks covered patio. Very open plan with high vaulted
ceilings, large sliding glass doors opening out to large covered patio
furnished with BBQ and outdoor eating area. Just from the kitchen
there is a separate laundry room comprising of washer, dryer and large
sink which also opens to a double car garage with an electric door and
circular drive in the front garden. The lawn is maintained bi-weekly.

This beautifully decorated villa is located north of Stuart and just
south of Vero Beach. The location, just ten minutes drive from I-95
allows accessibility for many attractions along the Eastern side of
Florida. Set in half of an acre lot, the villa is situated in a quiet
newly developed neighborhood giving much added privacy. Wildlife is
in abundance, beautiful birds such as Sandhill Cranes roaming the area.
With fast connections and an easy pace of life, Port St Lucie offers
an excellent location for an all round holiday combining the Orlando
attractions, Cape Canaveral, PGA Golf Club, local beaches, fishing, scuba
diving, canoeing, New York Mets baseball spring training camp,
shopping and restaurants.
A very quiet neighborhood and conveniently located for travel
anywhere along the eastern coast of Florida.
Many amenities nearby including Publix supermarket and local shops in
the newly built Traditions subdivision, Super Walmart, multi-cinema,
Chilis, Fridays, and many more Family restaurants only 15 minutes
drive. Golfing and PGA Golf club an A-rated open to public golf club and
many more golf clubs within a 15 mile radius. We can also arrange
Snorkeling trips, Deep sea fishing and Scuba diving lessons/trips
operated by licensed diving companies.

Dolphin Watch tours; "Eco" Tours; and Horseback Riding on Beaches.

Port St. Lucie is close to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea
World in Orlando. Drive to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, or
even Ft. Lauderdale. Only 3 1/2 hours to the Florida Keys.

Payment must be received in full 5 weeks prior to stay. Long stay
rates may be negotiated depending on length of visit.
$675 per week.

Deposit fees

$250 for week stay.  Deposit will be returned as long as property is left as clean as you found it less any damages or losses that have incurred

A cleaning fee can be added to rental total if you would like instead of cleaning yourselves (however this is for basic cleaning not excessive -house must be left in decent order) this request must be specified at time of booking
