The unit is beautifully furnished with a tropical flair and tiled throughout. Free in-unit WiFi. The spacious bedroom has been updated with new King bed with BeautyRest mattress (2011) and luxury bed coverings, new flat screen TV and variable-speed Casablanca ceiling fan. The living room, newly furnished in 2012, features tropical furniture including a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, new flat screen TV and DVD. There is a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher and built-in microwave, a dining area, and cool, quiet central air conditioning. The bath has a tub/shower combination with safety grabbars. The spacious living areas and a large screened lanai face southwest and look out to the pool and to the sparkling Gulf of Mexico beyond.
