Vacation Rental Description

"Villa Xanadu" has a large Master Suite with access to electric  
heated pool,luxuriously furnished with King sized bed & cable TV.  
 
This home has stunning intersection views from the lanai and is a  
classic example of Florida and waterfront living that will not  
disappointed even the most discriminating of guests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Family Room: Extremely large & open plan style. Beautifully  
furnished in soothing cream & beige tones. Equipped with large  
screen cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo system. Large glass sliding  
doors lead to pool area.   
 
Kitchen: Large open plan kitchen overlooking Family Room. Equipped  
with all appliances. Also Gas BBQ in lanai area for al-fresco  
cooking in the sun!  
 
Bedrooms: Each bedroom has it's own TV with cable. The Master  
Bedroom has a King size bed, the second also has a king and two  
twins in the thrid. 
 
Large guest bathroom with bathtub & shower, basin & toilet. 
 
The Villa also has high speed internet access with a printer, and  
fax set-up ocated in the office adjacent to the family room.  The  
office also has a futon for additional guests. 
 
There are two bikes available if you would like to take a ride  
around the neighborhood and to see the local sites or use our two  
fishing poles with tackle box to catch some fish off the dock.

Activities and Attractions

Cape Coral is famous for its' amount of waterways. Almost every  
street is on water and in fact Cape Coral has more waterways than  
the famous city of Venice, Italy. Because of the abundance of water,  
Cape Coral is a favorite with boaters and keen fishermen. The  
private dock is large enough that you can bring your own boat.  
Alternatively you could easily hire one and enjoy exploring the many  
beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible by boat. 
 
If you decide to leave your canal-side paradise and explore further  
afield, a short drive away are the magnificent beaches of Fort Myers  
and the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva, world famous for  
its' fine shelling and Ding Darling Nature Reserve. How about a  
stroll along Lover's Key, a state park with numerous private sandy  
bays just waiting to be discovered. Or visit Naples for its' upscale  
shopping and restaurant district.  
 
We believe Villa Xanadu is an excellent destination home for those  
wishing to enjoy the the comforts of a spacious waterfront home and  
outdoor lifestyle Florida is famous for.

Vacation Rental Rates

Season Rates:  Weekly from $975 to $1200. 
Off-Season Rates:  Weekly from $750 to $1050. 
 
Extra Fee: Easter: 20% Christmas & New Years: 20%  
 
Plus 11% Florida Sales & Use Tax. 
Plus $150 final cleaning. 
There is a refundable security deposit of $300.
