Featuring a unique "outdoor room", the lanai offers a large sectional,
tiki bar and hight-top dining table. All of this overlooking a 180-degree
view of the ocean and reef below.

It doesn't take much effort to hang out on the lanai all day and watch
the surfers, sail boats, and passenger ships coming and going. You
probably won't want to leave at night. Why not prepare some fresh
local fish in the gourmet appointed kitchen and dine on the lanai to
the sound of the surf below?

As if the 180-degree ocean view is not enough to sooth your eyes and
soul, the view to the east from the lanai and the living room is
about the best "in your face" Diamond Head view you will ever take in!

And the view to the northeast is a gorgeous cityscape with beautiful
Kapiolani Park in the foreground and the beautiful skyline of Waikiki,
Honolulu and the Ko'oloau Mountains in the background.

Open the windows on each side of Nui Kai and feel the comforting
Hawaiian trade winds as they gently blow through the condo. A unique
feature of the building is that each floor is only 1 unit wide, so
getting a cooling cross breeze year-round is accomplished by opening
windows on each side of the unit. Of course, air conditioning is
provided in both bedrooms and the living room for those seeking an
"ultra cool" experience.

The second bedroom features classic Hawaiian decor with a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable/DVD, desk and office area, and also has stunning views of the ocean, city skyline, park and mountains.

-  Living room has queen pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2 people.

- Spacious bathroom with full-tub and shower.

- Incredibly large outdoor lanai with sectional day beds, high-top
dining table and tiki bar.

- Three air conditioners. One in each bedroom and one in the living room.

- Sliding glass doors in both bedrooms and living room bring the
sounds of the surf and gentle winds indoors.

Nui Kai is located on Waikiki's famous Gold Coast, on the ocean, along
Kapiolani Park, just on the southeast end of Waikiki. Enjoy swimming,
snorkeling, and surfing the famous waters of Waikiki. Take a run in
the park, or hike to the top of Diamond Head for one of the most
incredible views you'll ever see!

Kapiolani Park also features several tennis courts, the Waikiki
Aquiarium, and the Honolulu Zoo. Walk into Waikiki and enjoy world
class shopping, dining and some of the best people watching around!

Weekly rates start at $1,995 ($285 per night) during off season and $2,065 ($295 per night) during season.  All rentals are charged required state taxes (12.9%).

There is also a $150 departure cleaning fee and we collect a $500
fully refundable security deposit. Parking available from owner for $10 a day.
