Casa Hibiscus, Best Waterfront DEAL for Season in Cape Coral

Casa Hibiscus once again is a vacation rental with FREE WI-FI and 42" plasma HD-TV. It was updated and furnished in island colors in November 2009 just in time for the upcoming season. The single family vacation home is located in Cape Coral's most desirable SW area on a wide fresh water canal with access to many of the surrounding lakes. Neighborhood shopping includes restaurants, Publix, WalMart, and Target, just to name a few stores. First class medical facilities are just up the road.

The master suite consists of a large bedroom with King-size bed and view of the water. The separate bath area has a  dual sink vanity area and walk-in closed which is separated by a door from the shower and commode area. Super-sized sliders open up onto the expansive lanai for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee.

The 2nd bedroom has a large closet, Queen-size bed, dresser, and night stand. The 2nd bath with tub and shower is just outside the room.

The great room comes with very comfortable furniture for relaxing and HD TV. The sprawling view of the water is through wide sliding doors. Just outside the great room is the huge 25 ft. x 10 ft. lanai. It is shaded for outside eating and relaxing and without having to worry about too much sun exposure.  

The dining area is open with many views of the yard and the deck by the water. A ceiling fan, in addition to air conditioning, makes dining a very comfortable and pleasant experience.                                                                                             

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving. All appliances including microwave are very clean and new looking. A huge pantry offers ample storage. Sliding doors allow for access onto the patio just outside the kitchen. A ceiling fan sends a gentle breeze throughout the kitchen and across the counter bar.

The 3rd bedroom is not furnished and, therefore, can be used for exercise or storing purchases.

The carpeting in the master bedroom, great room and two other bedrooms is brand new. All other areas of the house are tiled, including lanai and entry to the house.

It has a 2 car garage with automatic garage door opener. The underground sprinkling system goes on and off automatically.

The deck by the water holds a pick-nick table, benches, and umbrella. Lunch or dinner on the dock is always interesting, with turtles popping their heads out of the water, with fish fighting over a left over morsel from dinner tossed into the water.

The large lanai is furnished for relaxing and entertaining.

Biking paths and walking trails start right in front of the house, providing exercise opportunities at any level any time.

The City of Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Department's beach and pick-nick area, swimming pool, boat launch, tennis courts, restaurant, and pier are in close proximity. The entire park area is wonderful for relaxing, exercising, fishing, eating, and enjoying the many views of the water the pier offers.

The Sun Splash Water Park offers fun for the entire family. Special hours of operation are in effect..

Pine Island, Sanibel, Ft. Myer's beach, and many more of the sub-tropical delights are all within easy reach from the central location of the property.

Gambling at casinos--floating as well as on land, shopping at Bell Tower Shops, and dining at Florida's favorite restaurants is all within easy access.

Ft. Myer's international airport, RSW, is only a 20 minute car ride away.

$83.33 per night, a total of $2,500 per month, plus Lee County and Florida State Bed Tax of 10%, and $100 check-out cleaning fee.

Given the current DEAL of 10% OFF, that's $2,250 per month or $72.58 per night. 

1 month minimum rental only during season--January, February, and March.

A $500 security deposit is required to confirm reservation. If property is left in condition found, security deposit will be returned at time of departure (minus electric charges for a 3 month stay.

3 Months, January, February, March 2010

$68 per night, a total of $6,120 for all 3 months, plus electric, Lee County and Florida State Bed Tax of 10%, and $120 check-out cleaning fee.

Any 6 months and 1 day period 

$50 per night or $9,00 plus electric. That's ALL. No Tax.

One (1) year/12 month lease is available for $1,250/month, $41.66/day, fully furnished as shown in pictures.
