Location Casa Hibicus is in Cape Coral's most desirable SW area, the Heart of the Cape, on a wide fresh water canal system with access to surrounding lakes. It’s within a few blocks of Publix, Wall-Mart Neighborhood Market, Target, gas station, post office, banks, restaurants, e.g., Ruby Tuesday, Five Guys, and much more. The library is within 2 miles on bike path that starts across street. First class medical facilities are close by.

View Is of Water from the Master BR, Great Room, Dining Room Area, and Kitchen; Enjoy shore line with cattails and palm trees; observe water birds, turtles, and fish.

Great Room Has large siding doors that give access to huge lanai with sprawling view of water. It has very comfortable furniture, 42” HD-TV, books, games, CD player/radio, and art work.

Dining Room Area Offers 180 degree view of yard, deck, water; has art work, designer palm tree design carpet, ceiling fan, and stylish dining set with seating for four.

Kitchen Is fully equipped with plenty of everything for cooking, serving, and entertaining. Has refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, as well as reverse osmosis drinking water system. It is very clean, has new look, and kitchen art. Also has huge double door pantry. Sliding doors lead to patio outside kitchen. A fan sends nice breeze over meditation bench (for relaxing and observing nature) and breakfast bar counter.

Lanai Is tiled, fully screened, and has as island dining set for four, outside lighting, and is an exceptional 10 ft. by 24 ft, and very private.

Landscape Is tropical vegetation with palm trees, bird of paradise, etc. that gets weekly yard maintenance, gets True Green service, and has an underground sprinkler system.

Garage Is for Two (2) cars, has automatic garage door opener, and stores two (2) adult bicycle.
