Casa Aventura in Tulum

This quaint little home is located in a subdivion of about 200 homes just outside the small village
of Chemuyil just off the 307. It has 2 queen size beds, washer/dryer, fridge,stove,microwave,air
conditioning,and ceiling fans. Bathroom with towels, and beach toys with 2 childrens life jackets.
There is a covered patio off the back for your leisure.You've probably read the travelogues with phrases like: "new wood furniture is custom-made and authentically handcrafted in Mexico." or how about a "stunning bay with a wide white sand beach and turquoise waters. Surely you've read "Snorkel in crystal clear water while enjoying the solitude of this undiscovered treasure." and one of my favorites: "a beautifully decorated home with all the amenities needed for an escape to paradise." We believe the only sunshine blowing around should come from the sun and beat down on you. If you want to be pampered and have unlimited food and drink then, please, look up one of the multitude of excellent all inclusives that are up and down the coast. HOWEVER: If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable, home that will serve as your home base from which you will explore paradise, give us a call! Examine the pictures, the house is our home whenever we can be there. The rest of the time we want others, such as yourselves to experience the paradise that we were lucky enough to become a part of. The home is two bedrooms, with a tiled shower, and full kitchen. Everyroom has overhead fans and the home is airconditioned. We have a full covered patio on the front of the house and one in the backyard as well. Our front patio is joined to the neighbours on each side which is perfect for groups wishing to visit our little piece of paradise

With us being located just accross the hiway from xcerel we have access to the private beach with no
resort in site. This beach was voted the 4th most beautiful beach in Mexico. It is a
turtle sanctuary where they release baby turtles into the wild. If you call ahead you are even able
to name and release one yourself. We are situated about 8 minutes from Akumal, and 10 min. from
Tulum. Xel-ha is only a 5 min drive. Xel-ha is a large water park with lot's to do. We are a half
hour drive fom Playa del Carmen where you can do some shopping or take the ferry accross to Cozumel.

Enjoy the many sites of the Riviera Maya such as the ruins at tulum. Full of Mayan history and a
lovely beach to relax on you won't be disappointed. Swim the cenotes, 1 right on site or a larger
one just down the street. There is a monkey reserve about 2 minutes away, that you can actually hold
the monkeys. If you like soccer the locals usually always have a game going at the feild in Chemuyil.
