Welcome to our home. You are here on a well deserved vacation so
lean back, kick up your heels and
enjoy your stay overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The unit
is located directly on the
beautiful Gulf of Mexico We are on the quiet West end of the island
away from the condos Step off
of the large deck and be on the snow white sands of the Gulf.

Our unit is completly furnished to include, towels, linen, a fully
furnished kitchen and paper products. Each bathroom has installed
hair dryers for your convenience.

spacious decks and a large
patio. We offer a large carport and parking area with room to park a
boat.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with night
stands and lamps. It has a flat
screen TV and DVD player. You over look the Gulf thru 12 feet of
French Doors and glass. Step out
onto the private deck and enjoy the pleasing sound as the waves
splash onto the shore. The master
bedroom has it's own private bath.

Guest Bedroom one has a queen bed with night stands and TV. There is
a dressing area and walk in
closet. It has a private bath. You have a full view overlooking the
intercoastal water way.

Guest Bedroom two has bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom.
It has a private bath with a
large closet. It has a TV Set and you can also view the intercoastal
water way thru the oversize
windows.

Our kitchen is fully furnished with a side by side
refrigerator/freezer with plenty of ice. It has
a full size flat top stove with a full oven, microwave and
dishwasher. It is fully furnished with
coffee pot, blender, toaster, toaster oven, pots and pans, silver
ware and dish's.

The living room has a couch with two recliners. There is also
another recliner chair and sofe with
a queen size sleeper. It has a TV set and DVD and VHS. There is no
phone service with the unit.

We offer a full dining area and breakfast bar with stools.

Our unit is pet friendly allowing a maximum of 2 small dogs. A large
dog may be allowed with approval. Sorry no cats please.  There is a $50.00 non refundable pet fee.

There is a large patio on the ground floor with two swings and
shower. Across the street from the
unit there is a paved jogging/walking, bicycle path. No need to worry
about traffic. The path is
over three miles for your enjoyment. As you come onto the beach
there are bicycle and kiyak rental
facilities available. If you need more than one unit, there are
other units available in this four
plex.

For the time you want to be away from the beach, we offer a large zoo
located about 10 miles from
the unit. There is a Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie and Publics shopping
centers. Numerous fast food outlets
and great restrauants for your enjoyment.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during prime time

This unit can only be rented by the week.

This is a NO SMOKING unit. We do not rent to college groups. If
this is violated, your deposit and rental fee 
will not be refunded and you will be required to vacate immediately.

Damage Deposit: $400.00  Non refundable Pet fee of $50.00
