Luxurious Executive four bedroom villa (two masters with en suite
bathroom, two twins with family bathroom) all beautifully furnished
with two living areas (one of which includes a sofa bed).

This beautiful Villa will accommodate up to ten people plus a baby in
a cot and a small child on a fold-away bed, if needed. It is fully
air-conditioned throughout and has everything you need to provide the
freedom and versatility you want on your holiday.

The villa has an enclosed extended pool area with a 28-by-14-foot pool
and adjoining spa with a fibre optic water feature which also changes
the colour of the water at night. The patio area also includes sun
loungers and furniture. (pool heating at extra cost)

FREE USE of Travel Cot, Child's Fold Away Bed, including linen for
both, High Chair, Stroller with sun canopy, Baby listening Monitor,
Bottle Sterilizer, Toddlers toilet Seat, Step up Stool, Potty,
Selection of young child's toys, Toddlers Table and Chairs, Bath Toys,
Bikes, Selection of Video's, DVDs and PlayStation Games. T.V. in every
Bedroom.

A deposit of �100/$150 per week is required on booking, balance due
two months prior to travel. Due to demand it is not possible to offer
refunds on cancellation. We strongly recommend clients take out
appropriate travel insurance to include cancellation cover. Payment
methods: United States or United Kingdom Cheque, or I can submit my
account details for payment into a bank in the United States.

Check in 4 PM, Check out 10 AM.

Four bedrooms (two master and two twin),three bathrooms well equipped
kitchen,garage converted to a game room with pool table ,fooseball and
air hockey. Also we have six bikes adult to toddlers.
