Rates for Summer/Fall 2012

Weeks run Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in 3PM, Check-out 10AM.

May - June 15 - 1900.00/week

June 16 - September 21 - $2100.00/week

September 22 - October 27 - 1900.00 week

Cancellation policy: There is a 35 day notice required for a "full" refund, less security deposit.
If less than 35 days no refund can be made unless the cottage can be re-rented for the same 'exact' week(s) that was booked. Sorry for any inconvenience.


7% Maine state tax will be added to the rental fee.

A $300(refundable)security deposit is required to guarantee a
reservation. Refundable 7 - 10 days following your departure date,
assuming no damage, or excessive cleaning required.
