Vacation Rental Description

"Beau Se Jour" is a newer cottage designed to be reminiscent of 
the 1920's shingle style cottages which have always been 
unique to Maine's seacoast.

The sunfilled rooms and open floor plan are tastefully decorated 
with comfortable antique wicker, hooked rugs, birchbark railings, a 
stone fireplace and moose horn chandelier.

Enjoy relaxing and dining on the large screened porch while 
overlooking gorgeous panoramic ocean and Acadia National Park views.

This magnificent setting combines 6 secluded acres on 
500' of Frenchman Bay, and has breathtaking views of Cadillac 
Mountain and Acadia National Park from every room!
The private beach is very special as there is no public access, so is very peaceful and relaxing.

A rare opportunity to enjoy swimming, clamming, and long walks 
along the endless shore. 

Sorry NO pets permitted.
NO smoking in or on the property.
The state of Maine does not permit campfires on private property or beaches.  

***Cottage is not suitable for young children as it is not child 
proof.  Please contact owners regarding age suitability.  Safety is 
our #1 concern, and want eveyone to have a wonderful 
vacation with no worries***  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for Summer 2008    

Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.  Check-in 3PM, check out 10AM.

May - June 14 $1750.00 week

June 14 - September 13 $1950.00 week

September 13 - October $1750.00 week

Cancellation policy:  There is a 45 day notice required for a "full" refund. 
If your cancellation occurs closer to the time of arrival, no refund can be made unless the cottage can be rented 
for the same exact week you had booked.  Sorry for any inconvenience. 


A 7% Maine state tax will be added to the rental fee.

A $300(refundable)security deposit is required to hold a 
reservation.  Refundable 2-3 weeks following your departure, 
assuming no damage, or excessive cleaning required.
