Oceanfront condo located in the famous Ilikai Towers. The Ilikai
Tower/resort sits on the Ocean side, just a few short steps away
from the world famous Waikiki beach which starts at the Ilikai. You
will not find many properties in Waikiki that are Ocean-front. Our
condo is one of the few condos that are located on the ocean side.
Our 1 bedroom, Oceanfront condo will cost you less than a hotel room
you may rent blocks away from the beach. So why settle for second
best. Be as close to the beach as possible without breaking your
wallet.
No need to rent a car here, You are close to everything. The bus
stop is right in front of the building and so are the taxis, if you
need one. The location is one of the key features about our condo.
Our Condo is conveniently located and is close to all major points,
such as the Ala Moana Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping
malls in the state, is a 5 minute walk. There are many restaurants,
such as Red Lobster, Steakhouse, Charthouse & Wailana 24 hour
restaurant, Starbucks, McDonalds, Thai Restaurant, Indian Restaurant
coffee shops, mini marts within a block of the condo.
This condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge,
microwave, stove, blender, toaster, utensils, pots and pans. There
are a lot of wonderful restaurants less than a block away, but it is
nice to know you have the option of staying in if you prefer. This
makes it easy on your budget as well.
Every Friday night, you can enjoy free Hawaiian Hula show &
fireworks.
There is free parking around the back of our building by the marina
if you decide to rent and we also have Valet parking available at
building. We also have coin operated washer/dryer facilities which
are shared by others on the 17th floor.
