all year round with this beautiful cozy heavy timber, waterfront house, architect designed, two
stone wood burning fire places and an incredible sunset and island view across the lake,
Sunroom/screened in porch with gas logs. Amazing picture-perfect views(lake view)from every room in
the house! Enjoy the morning sunrise with your morning coffee or the stunning evening sunset over
the water on the lawn or in the sunroom. Everywhere you look there is water!

Located at the north (quiet) end of Lake Norman on the east side (sunset views).

Fully furnished kitchen(Cooking Utensils Provided, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave), central
heat and air, washer and dryer, linens provided, surround stereo system, stone wood burning fire
places, Sun room/screened in porch with gas logs, gas grill, covered dock and large deep water swimming area
(bring your canoe or kayak), 1/2 mile from a marina, lower level bar, air hockey table, porte-
cochere, circle drive way, water toys( floats, rafts, life jackets, life belts and fishing poles),
board games and cards, DVD player, cul-de-sac location, hardwood floors, extensive glass and exposed
timber construction. King master bedroom full bath, Second bedroom with a double bed and full bath,
third bed room with a queen bed, fourth bed room with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, upstairs
living room cozy couch and the lower level living room with 2 cozy couches and a full bath.
Boat launch just around the corner. Marina directly across lake for easy gas fill up and boat/jet ski rental.

Duke Power State Park( right down the road) has hiking and bike trails, picnic areas, camping and
swimming areas.

Queen's Landing a local marina has many enjoyable activities, such as dinner cruises on the Catawba
Queen, tennis courts, Putt-Putt courses, bumper boats, outdoor live entertainment(music), floating
bar, Piano bar and Sandwich shop.

Lake Norman is a 30 Mile long (largest lake in North Carolina) manmade lake with 11 restaurants and
bars that over look the beautiful water and are accessible by boat.

After you enjoy these fabulous activities you can return to your private place and enjoy the natural
surroundings and beauty!

Weekly: $1000 before May and after September, $1200 May through September
Nightly: $175, 3 night minumum
$150 cleaning fee
Security Deposit: $350.00 (fully refundable if no damage)
Reserve with 50% deposit plus security deposit, balance due two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival date for a full refund. If a cancellation is required with less than a 90 day notice, and the property subsequently rents to another group for the same dates cancelled, then the deposit is fully refundable.
