nestled among the trees on Tahoe’s Magical North Shore. Walking
distance to town for groceries, shopping and great restaurants,
Rawhide Retreat is the perfect vacation spot! Leave your car parked
for the duration of your stay, you can get around easily without it.
As you relax in the hot tub in a private back yard, you are only steps
away from biking and hiking trails and the best ski resorts! Commons
Beach provides Movies and Music on the weekends in the Summer. Rawhide
Retreat is 3 blocks from the Lake, and within 10 miles to Squaw
Valley, Alpine Meadows, Granlibakken and Homewood ski areas.

Rawhide Retreat provides easy access to Paige Meadows Trail for hiking
or mountain biking. The bike path to Tahoe City and the Truckee River
is within 2 blocks. The house has a large fenced back yard, perfect
for the kids to play in safely or for the family dog.

This tastefully furnished, 5 bedroom, 3 bath home has all you will
need to enjoy a perfect holiday! The vaulted, knotty pine ceilings and
large fireplace, appoint the warm and spacious great room, making it
the perfect place to gather with friends and family. Rawhide Retreat
has an open living room, kitchen and dining area that are newly
renovated, making it a very social area. There is a gorgeous new gas
fireplace w/ 40' flat panel TV in front of comfy new sofas, and
radiant heat slate floor through out. Both the living area and kitchen
have large adjoining decks for indoor/outdoor entertaining. The two
sunny decks are furnished with dining table, lounge chairs and a gas
BBQ. The 8 person Hot Tub w/ waterfall is enclosed in the private back
yard.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The
dining room accommodates 10 people comfortably, it is a great space
for family meals or that holiday feast!

Downstairs there is a family room, with a foosball table, TV, and DVD
player, perfect for entertaining the children while the adults
socialize upstairs in the Great Room.

You will have a wonderful time, any season, at this great family getaway.

There are five bedrooms, each sleeping two people. Two bedrooms have
private bathrooms, linens are provided. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 King w/
bath, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. 2 bedrooms w/ King beds downstairs w/ private
bath. 3 of the rooms have TV's.

Parking for 3 cars. * Free ski shuttles only 1 block from our home
2 bikes for use around Tahoe City.

This is a Non Smoking/No Cat home.
