84 degrees and warm gulf water.  Our lovely ground floor condo is  
located in a gated community, and is steps from the largest heated  
pool in Southwest Florida, spaceous lanai with gorgeous waterview of  
a lake with fountain. The condo is air conditioned. Conveniently  
located near shopping and restaurants, golf courses and is just  
minutes from Marco Island. 
 
The condo is beautifully decorated. The master suite includes a king- 
sized bed, private bath and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom includes  
two twin beds. The kitchen, dining and living room are fully  
furnished and applianced for your comfort. Comes fully furnished with  
linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer.  Dine a la  
fresco on the screened lanai with ceiling fan, table, chairs and  
chaise lounge.  
 
Available for rent - seasonal or monthly.  No smoking. No pets.
