bedroom/one
bath condo is ideally located by Millennium Park on Michigan Ave. 
Just blocks from the Magnificent Mile, the Art Institute of Chicago,
ABC TV Studio, Five-Star restaurants in river north district, shopping
on historic State Street, Theater District and Navy Pier. Just short
drive away you will arrive at McCormick Place, Soldier Field, Museums
Campus that includes Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, and Shedd 
Aquarium.

The beautifully painted home itself boasts 10 foot ceilings with
oversize windows. Huge master suite with walk-in closet. A large
bathroom with big linen closet holds extra linens, towels, pillows .
Modern kitchen is fully equipped. Queen size beds are set up in the 
bedrooms and one raised queen air mattress is to meet additional
sleeping needs. Cable and High Speed Internet Access are available as
a courtesy to our guests. The washer and dryer are also located 
within the home.

Vacation Rental Rates

$250/nt,  $1500/week 
$300 Refundable Security Deposit is required upon reservation.
$100 Service fee is deducted from security deposit at check out
Full payment due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
45 days cancellation notice required for full refund. Cancellation 
within 14 days will be charged 1 night rental. Cancellation less 
than 7 days prior to arrival will be charge 50% of stay.
Check in 3:00 PM, Check out 11:00 AM.  
Credit Card Payment thru Paypal. Service Fee apply.
