Heron Villa at High Grove is our dream home in the
fabulous “Sunshine State” of Florida. It is just waiting for your
arrival so you can share the enjoyment.

Heron Villa at High Grove is ideally situated at the junction of
Highway 192 and State Road 27 it is just six miles, around 12
minutes drive, from the entrance to Walt Disney World. Situated
close to I-4 and the Greenway toll road, Highway 417, making High
Grove Resort easily accessible to the airports and all the
attractions Orlando and Central Florida has to offer.

There are many restaurants, supermarkets and quality golf courses
within minutes of High Grove Resort.

The Gulf coast and Atlantic Coast beaches are within easy driving
distance just over an hour away.

Heron Villa at High Grove is an executive style villa and sleeps up
to 10 people. The villa is fully air conditioned and is also
equipped with a fully monitored security alarm and smoke alarm
system for your safety and peace of mind. There are also additional
child alarms on all exits to the pool area.

The villa is light and airy and consists of a large family room with
spacious open plan dining and kitchen area. Four bedrooms, 2 master
suites and 2 twin rooms, all en-suite, provide the perfect comfort
for your dream Florida vacation.


The Family Room

The family room is luxuriously decorated and is furnished to a very
high standard .

There is a 32” Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, Hi-Fi system, Play Station
2 and a large selection of books and games, making this area an
ideal place to relax after a long day at the theme parks.

Dining Room/ Kitchen

The spacious fully fitted kitchen and dining room has a large dining
table and chairs and two additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Every modern convenience is provided. Should you wish to cook every
appliance you may need is here. The kitchen has a full size cooker,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facilities,
toaster, coffee maker, blender, stove top kettle, electric kettle a
full range of table and glassware including unbreakable patio
crockery.

The laundry facility features a Maytag washer, dryer. We also
provide a clothes airer for those delicate items, ironing board and
iron. So there is no need to take home any dirty laundry!

We provide free local and national calls to anywhere in the USA,
Canada and Puerto Rico. There is a cordless phone to use on the
patio area to save you getting up from your sun lounger ! For your
convenience we have provided a computer with free Broadband ADSL
access. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi if you bring your own
laptop.

Bedrooms

All the bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards and include
remote control Cable TVS. All bedrooms have DVD players, bedside
lamps and radio alarm clocks.

The two Master suites have King size beds. Built in closets and
quality furniture with lots of drawer space. The master suites have
en suite shower rooms with vanity unit, W.C. Hairdryers are provided
in all bathrooms.

Both master bedrooms lead to the pool and spa area, one via a large
patio door the second via an en-suite which doubles as a pool
bathroom.

Both twin rooms have built in closets and lots of drawer space .
They also have cable TV and their own independent DVD players.

Comfort was high on the list when we chose the beds. This ensures
that you awake fully refreshed for the next day’s adventure.

The Pool and Spa Area

The pool/spa area has a paved pool deck with high quality
furnishings consisting of a table, reclining chairs, ootstools and
loungers

There is a covered lanai , porch, with an overhead fan and light
that gives shade from the Florida sunshine. This is the ideal
setting for “al fresco” dining.

The pool is enclosed and fully screened keeping bugs out but letting
the suns rays through so you can go home with a beautiful tan !

All the exits that lead onto the pool deck are alarmed to warn you
if your children stray into the pool area unaccompanied.

The pool and spa overlook a large landscaped area so you are not
back to back with other villas. The perimeter is planted with
beautiful flowering shrubs which enhance your privacy at the same
time as providing a pleasant scent .

A thermal pool blanket is provided for use in the cooler months to
keep the pool at a constant temperature . A selection of pool toys
can be found in the games room for use by guests.

(Pool/spa heating is recommended from October to April at an
additional cost)

Games Room

The villa has a games room that consists of a Pool Table, “Foosball”
Table and a Twin Basketball arcade game. There is also a table and
chairs to relax and put your drinks on whilst trying to beat your
opponents.

Additional extras provided

We have provided a portable baby cot and high chair for our younger
guests. There is a safe for your valuables. For those trips out to
the coast there are beach chairs and even a large wheeled cool box.
