Sedona 1700 sq ft personal home in awesome Red Rock Grand Canyon geology of Arizona. Our Sedona
home is an upscale, sunny, immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bath 'no sterile rental property' lavishly
appointed, has vaulted ceilings, new kitchen, and spacious Master Suite. It has hardwood floors, an
entirely new kitchen with Dacor convection ovens. There is a large island with bar chairs for you
to visit with guests while cooking. The large great room with its tremendous view of Thunder
Mountain and Sedona's Red Rocks adds to the magic and inspiration of our home. You will enjoy our
collection of Art and our love of landscape paintings during your stay. The spacious Back Deck has
a Stainless Steel Grill and panoramic views overlooking Sedona and the stars and the night skies.
No Smoking! No Pets!
The Spacious Red Rock Back Yard is surrounded with lots of stately trees, flowering shrubs and
colorful plantings.
Hiking trailheads of the Red Rock Pathways only one block from our home.
Our home is less than a mile from Highway 89A. Turn North on Rodeo Drive at Safeway. Remember, our
Sedona home is in Sedona, Not in the Village of Oak Creek - but in SEDONA where all the Red Rock
Formations are located!

Sugarloaf Mountain Trail, Thunder Mountain Trail, Chimney Rock Trail, Soldier Pass Trail, Teacup
Trail; these are just a few of the many trails to hike only one block from our home!
When you drive to a Trailhead, Sedona requires a Red Rock Pass be purchased and displayed in your
window. You can walk to the many Trailheads from our home.
Our home has central air-conditiong and heating.
Internet service and long distance calls within the USA is included in your rental fee;
The kitchen and our home has all the amenities you could ever need or want since this is our
personal home and we like to live comfortably.

Hiking...Hiking...Hiking is the best of what Sedona has to offer. Over 130 some trails to hike or
bicycle. Golfing is available in the Village of Oak Creek which is approximately 12 miles South of
Sedona. Jeep rides - Balloon rides - Helicopter rides - Horseback trails -lots of activities are all
things to do in Sedona. Special tours to the Grand Canyon are available or simply drive in less
than 3 hours.
West Sedona and Uptown Sedona is surrounded by the National Forests of Junipers, Pine trees,
wildlife, and all the Red Rock Formations.
Sedona has different areas: 1) West Sedona - where there is shopping and residences and only 1 mile
west of Uptown Sedona; 2) Uptown Sedona where the tourist and buses arrive to shop, etc;
3) Oak Creek Canyon - which is North of Sedona approx 6 - 8 miles - where Sliding Rock is located;
and
4) Village of Oak Creek - approx 12 miles south of Sedona; Persons who live in the Village of Oak
Creek do have a Sedona address but they are 12 miles South of Sedona. If you see Golf in the
advertisement - you know it is the Village of Oak Creek.
Our home is located in West Sedona and located just right for HIKING, shopping, eating out, eating
in, or reservations, or telephone to bring food home to eat on our lovely viewing deck!
You will return to your home fully enriched with the beauty of our home and the beauty of Sedona!
