with all new custom cabinets.New furniture and decor are the 
finishing touches of this beautiful vacation property.

Plantation Blinds were also added to each and every window and 
sliding Plantations on the sliding glass doors.
There are ocean views from the master suite,dining room,living room 
and kitchen.
This unit offers 2 large bedrooms[1 is a master suite]with 2 
baths.The unit has a digital thermostat along with central air and 
heat.

The building and grounds are quiet so if you are looking for a 
vacation destination that is peaceful and private,this property 
offers just that.

This is a NO PET and a NON-SMOKING unit.The Association does not 
permit pets.
Smoking allowed on the balcony ONLY.

Please Note: Our condominium AND the Seabridge North Building are 
equipped with sprinkler,alarm systems and smoke detectors and meet

Activities and Attractions

-There are endless recreational possibilities in Ormond-By-The-Sea
and the neighboring areas.

-Enjoy miles and miles of the beautiful no-drive sandy beaches with 
The no-drive regulations makes it so much less worrisome if you have 
children.
This is also a perfect place for fishing,if that is something you 
like to do.

-This semi-private beach is not crowded, And is very peaceful and 
clean.Perfect for jogging,biking,running,sun bathing or just taking 
long walks.You will see lots of kite flying here as well.

-This is a golfers paradise.There are many courses from which to 
choose from.Public courses are close-by.
If water activities is something you enjoy there is sailing,wind-
surfing,jet skiing,water skiing,parasailing and Adventure Land Water 
Theme Park.
Other outdoor activities include deep-sea and sport fishing,pier 
fishing,miniature golf,4 hour casino cruises from Ponce 
Inlet,live theater,lots of racing and motorcycle museums,The 
Symphony,cinemas,Go-carts and lots of games and rides on the 
pier,and of course stock car racing at the famous Daytona 
Speedway.
For terrific day trips there is the world famous Disney 
World,Epcot,Universal Studios,as well as,The Central Florida 
Zoo,Blue Springs[Manatee viewing],St Augustine[the oldest city in 
America] and The Kennedy Space Center.Another featured attraction is 
Discovery Cove.Here you can swim with the dolphins and makes a great 
day trip as well.

-In nearby Daytona Beach there is a large popular Flea Market and 
shopping malls if that is something you are looking for.The brand 
new Millenia Mall is a great shopping day trip and features all 
upscale stores.
Enjoy the many superb restaurants that feature all different types 
of cuisine. Nearby hotels, just minutes away,have live entertainment 
if you want to enjoy the night life.There is far more than mentioned 
here.

find it useful for their stay.The book contains all kind of

sports,fishing charers,Cape Kennedy Space 
center,churches,maps,shopping information,beach 
information,golf courses,day trips and the list goes on.We can also 
help guests with information for anything guests have an interest or 
desire to see or experience.

-As our guest we provide,as a courtesy,driving directions to and 
from any airport,your home or any starting point.

Vacation Rental Rates

We Accept Credit Cards Through PayPal for a 3% Fee.

-We rent monthly and weekly only
-If less than a week the rental is the weekly rate
-Special event weeks and some holidays are higher
-Monthly rentals are January,May, Sept-December
-One time cleaning fee is $70.00
-A refundable $300.00 deposit is due in order to hold the property
-Call or E-mail for current rates for 2006 & 2007
-I respond very quickly to all inquiries,sometimes in minutes
-We have additional photos of this property upon request
-Must be at least 25 to secure this rental
-Rates subject to change until confirmed
-Check-In Time 3PM
-Check-Out Time 10AM
-Cancellation-The deposit is refundable provided cancellation is
 made 30 days before reservation arrival date.
-Excessive cleaning or laundry will be deducted from the deposit.
-We offer affordable weekend rentals during the Fall season
 [Sept-Dec] except special events and holiday's
