As the condo owner we offer our luxurious two bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo just
across the street
from sunny Siesta Key Beach. Just 10 minutes from Sarasota Airport and about an hour
from Tampa
International Airport. Our deluxe third floor condominium has just been completely
remodeled and
professionally decorated! It has granite counter tops, new tile flooring and brand new
furniture.
This lavish condo has a spectacular view of the Intra-coastal Waterway from the newly
furnished
living room, dining area, kitchen, and 18' Balcony.

Access to our Non-Smoking unit is by a private stairway. You can stroll to Siesta Key's
famous
white sand Crescent Beach via private walkway located just across the street. Fish or boat
in the
private lagoon. Swim in the heated pool located next to the clubhouse, enjoy a game of
tennis on the
on-site courts, or just wander the beautifully landscaped 14 acre complex. Our unit is air
conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. The living room features Tommy Bahama
style furniture
and a Pentium PC WiFi wireless Internet. HDTV. The master bedroom has a
king-sized bed,
full bathroom with shower, and cable TV. The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet,
cable TV, and
completely remodeled bathroom. All necessary linens are provided. Our new chef�s
kitchen is fully
equipped, and provides features which include a glass cook top, built-in
oven/microwave, and all the
cookware and dishes you could need to prepare a gourmet meal. Shopping and
restaurants are within
easy walking distance. Public transportation is available for more distant exploration.
Sarasota has
world-renowned shopping, fine dining and cultural attractions, and is located within easy
driving
distance of the most famous tourist destinations in Florida.
It accommodates up to four guests (6 with pull out couch). It is a beautifully furnished
condo with
private access to beach, full kitchen with appliances, private balcony overlooking the large
heated
in-ground pool and boat docks. The pool area offers full bathing facilities, tables, chairs,
chaise
lounges and umbrellas. There is also a clubhouse available for parties, tennis courts,
basketball
court, and a picnic area with BBQ grills. It is located at Midnight Cove II. You're invited to
