Beach in village of Slocan, has
superb access to the Slocan River for Kayaking, canoeing or swimming
and is a 5 minute walk to the
Slocan Lake beach with its fine sand for sunbathing, boat launch and
Pavilion. It is a 5 minute walk
to all the amenities in the village, restaurant, and stores. Despite
it's proximity to everything,
our home is extremely QUIET. It is also all on one level, so there
are no stairs to climb for tired
vacationers!
It's custom finishing include, hardwood floors & stainless appliances
and its ideal location makes
this 1275 square foot home the only one of it's kind available for
vacation rental in the Slocan
Valley! It boasts 3 BEDROOMS 2 each with Queen Beds and the third with an antique full size bed. The kitchen is
well equipped with service for 8,
has beautiful natural light, new counter tops including a breakfast
bar & new appliances.
The fantastic VIEW of the Valhalla Mountains is visible from the many
large picture windows. Our
character style brunch porch also has a breathtaking view of the
Slocan River, Slocan Lake and the
surrounding mountains.

The Village of Slocan is a small, peaceful community at the south end
of Slocan Lake where the
Slocan River begins.
What Can A Vacation in the Slocan Area Provide
Rails to Trails
Walk, Hike, Bicycle, Horse Back Ride, Cross Country Ski. Trail head
is at the doorstep of this home!
Valhalla Provincial Park
Slocan City
Slocan is the launching point for the Evans Lake Trail into the
Valhalla Provincial Park and the
start of Rails to Trails at the south end of Slocan Lake to Winlaw,
Passmore and South Slocan.
Hike or bike the old railbed, swim at our beach, walk the Springer
Creek Campground Trails, use our
new boatlaunch, or watch the clouds move across our narrow valley.
Winter:
We are located 1 hour from Red Mountain Ski Hill and 1 Hour from
White Water Ski Hill. Snow
mobiling in the winter is huge in this area. Hunting in the Fall,
Festivals and Markets are through
out the Valley area. Swimming, Hiking, Fishing, and relaxing are our
summer fun. Kayaks and a
Canoe are available to our homes visitors. Horse back riding lessons
are also an option!. An ATV
is available at our discretion.
Our homes 10,000 sq ft yard is awesome for family bbq's. Feel free
to pitch tents, set up
batminton , vollyball, or boca ball. Two huge old small leaf maples
keep the home cool in the
summer.
