side of Heavenly Ski Resort. Private road leads to this 4000 square foot house beautifully appointed
with all potential amenities. House has five bedrooms and three baths and is approved by Douglas
County Nevada to sleep up to 16 guests.
Relax on one of the wrap-around decks and view the lake while using the Hot Tub or BBQ. Entertain in
the game room with wet bar, pool table and DirecTv satellite. The house has a huge kitchen with all
cooking utensils and dishes. The large dining room along with kitchen breakfast bar will accommodate
all your guests. The living room has a spectacular River Rock fireplace with big screen TV with
DirecTv satellite and great Lake Tahoe and mountain views. This is the perfect house for large
families or a group of friends. High Speed Internet is available with a Verizon DSL hookup.
Community Pool available (Summer) to guests and is a short distance from the house.
Fox N Hound Restauarant & Bar (excellent food for breakfast, lunch & dinner) is walking distance of
one short block along with the Tramway Market which is a small convenience store. It is possible to
ski out to the Boulder Lodge provided there is heavy snow and it would be via the road (all
downhill). Bluego bus system runs by the house and is available to take to Casinos.
Parking includes one car in the garage along with two in driveway and two in additional parking
areas. All parking is off street and the private road is plowed by a professional company. 4 wheel
drive is recommended during winter months for the private road. Lake Tahoe Casinos along with the
lake & beach are just 10 minutes away.
