Weekly Rates - Sunday thru Satrday
May 1st thru Nov 30th - $350.00 per week
Dec 1st thru April 30th - $600.00 per week
(1)- All rates are plus 6% Florida Sales and Use tax plus 5% Florida Bed Tax and a $95.00 departure cleaning fee
(2)- A Unit Holding Deposit of one half weeks rent is required and must be paid with application.
(3)- The balance of rent due must be paid at least eight weeks prior to move in
(4)- A Damage Security Deposit of one half weeks rent must be paid prior to move in.
(5)- Unit Holding Deposit is fully refundable if appliacnt is denied rental.
(6)- Unit Holding Deposit is non-refundable for cancellation after applicant is approved for rental.

Monthly Rates
May 1st thru Nov 30th - $1000.00 per month
Dec 1st thru April 30th - $2200.00 per month                                            *Inquire about multiple month discounts*
