Here at Del Tura you can pass the time of day with any of our many activities including tennis, shuffleboard, cards, billards, bingo, arts&crafts, bocce and horseshoes. Of course you can always play on any of our three golf courses or just drive a few buckets into the lake for fun. After a full day relax in one of our 5 pools or hot tubs or maybe the sauna and then a quick dip. For you fitness buffs we have a fully equipped workout room with showers and Jaccuzzi. Weekly Rates - are for Sunday thru Saturday - no exceptions.                                                         Dec 1st thru Dec 31st - $700 per week                                                                                          April 1st thru April 30th - $700.00 per week                                                                                     May 1st thru Nov 30th - $400.00 per week
Monthly Rates
Dec 1st thru April 30th - $2500.00 per month                                                                                    May 1st thru Nov 30th - $1300.00 per month
(1)- All rates are plus 6% Florida Sales Tax plus 5% Florida Tourist Bed Tax plus a $125.00 departure cleaning fee and a domestic application fee of $50.00 per person or for Canadian/International the application fee is $65.00 per person.  An additional charge of $50.00 per person per month if there are more than two persons/tenants in the home. 
(2)- A Unit Holding Deposit of one half week/month rent is required and must be paid with application.
(3)- The balance of rent due must be paid at least eight weeks prior to move in
(4)- A Security Deposit of $250.00 must be paid prior to move in.                                          (5)-Damage Insurance must be purchased at a cost of $50.00 and policy covers up to $3,000.00 in loss or damages. 
(6)- Unit Holding Deposit is fully refundable if appliacnt is denied rental.
(7)- Unit Holding Deposit is non-refundable for cancellation after applicant is approved for rental.                                                                                                                                               (8)- All payments made by Credit Card will incur an additional 3.75% processing charge per transaction.
