fishing. Have lunch or ride horses in the old mining town of Oatman and pet the burros that wander

Famous for summer water sports, the Colorado River is a Mecca for desert sun lovers and water sport
enthusiasts. The mild winter climate attracts people from all over the world for its central
location to Los Angeles, California (west); Phoenix, Arizona, (south); Las Vegas, Nevada (north);
and the Grand Cayon/Flagstaff area (east). Across the river from Bullhead is Laughlin, Nevada with
many casinos, fine and casual dining, movie theatres, bowling, and great live show entertainment.

Summer rates   May 1 to October 30  $850.00

Winter rates November 1 to April 30   $1100.00

Special rate for two months $1050 for each month
Special rate for three or more months $1000.00 for each month

$100.00 refundable cleaning fee if left in "move-in" condition.

$500 due at booking and fully refundable within 60 days of arrival minus handling fee of $50.00
Booking fee will be applied to first month rent
