Riverside Cabin-Fishing-Forest-Relaxation in Durango

Relax on the riverside deck or sit by the comfy fireplace.
Riverside cabin on the famous Florida river. Just 15 minutes east of Durango off Highway 240. This
cabin is literally on the rivers edge. You can't get any closer than this. The large deck extends to
the waters edge. Sit back, relax and enjoy mother natures best feature, running water. Nothing is
more relaxing.
This Cabin sits on 1 acre of private land with running water on 3 sides. There is 280 feet of river
frontage with a side stream to the back of the property. There is also a community owned island
adjacent to the property that is surrounded by the river and accessible by bridge for the kids to
play on and fish from.
Winter time activities include Ice Fishing on nearby lakes, Sledding on the hill behind the house,
Nordic skiing and Snow Mobile riding. Normaly the snow pack is 3' - 5' in the front yard giving
plenty of fun for kids to play in. The road is plowed but 4WD is recomended in winter months.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a king size, custom Aspen log bed and night stands. A full bath
and shower downstairs. The upstairs has a reading loft with one bedroom and full bathroom with
sleeping for 4. A queen size bed, a single bed with pull out trundle. The couch also folds out to a
double bed.

This house is my personal getaway so it is fully stocked. The kitchen has all the utensils and
cooking gadgets you might need including spices and basic cooking ingredients. Linens and towels are
provided including soap and shampoo. Full size washer and dryer with detergent and spray n wash.
Free local and long distance calls and a fax machine. TV, stereo and DVD player with Dishnetwork
cable provided. Sorry no high speed internet. Firewood is also provided for those chilly winter
nights.
