Private Home with Swimming Pool is located on Lemon Bay with the Gulf  
of Mexico and it's White Sandy Beaches just 300 feet away! You can  
motor your boat to your private dock from the Gulf of Mexico by  
passing under one bridge. Many of fish have been caught off this dock  
and you will find a handy Fish Cleaning Table begging to be used!   
 
There is also a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment on the property  
should you have additional guests. Please inquire as to monthly and  
weekly rates. 
 
You are also only minutes from shopping, Grocery Stores and  
Hospitals.

May Through December: $3250/$875 Weekly 
January & April:      $4,200/$1,200 Weekly  
February & March:     $4,800/$1,350 Weekly 
 
Discounts available for more than one month booking 
 
Non refundable cleaning fee of $75 
Non refunable cleaning fee with Pets $100 
 
Security Deposit of $500 is due upon making  your Reservation.  
 
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to  
arrival 
 
Total Payment due 30 days prior to check-in 
  
Smoking on Patio's Only 
  
Will consider small quiet Pets($300 deposit)
