Charming Vacation Home in the Village of Palm Springs in Lake Worth

This little gem is located in the Village of Palm Springs, which is formaly known as Lake Worth. It
is a classic, charming vacation home. Located near West Palm Beach, Lantana, Wellington, and Palm
Beach Island! It is a perfect home for the family traveler, with kids or dogs, surrounded
by all kinds of activities for the whole family to enjoy!

She's just been newly renovated, new appliances which include, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and
refridgerator; new paint, curtains, and exceptional furniture. The livingroom contains a leather
couch and chair, the kitchen has a great little breakfast area. There is a king, double and
single bed. The single bedroom is set up with a desk, the double bed bedroom contains a sitting
area with loveseat and coffee table/storage, and the master has, of course, the Sealy King! Oh, and
did I mention, there is a washer and dryer on premise, too.

The landscape, also, has been newely installed! You'll just love waking up and looking out onto
it. The backyard is fully fenced with three large shade trees, and plenty of room for kids and pets
to stretch out! The patio area contains a patio set, bbq grill, and a table equipped with an
umberella. Perfect for a lazy family afternoon picnic!

This house comes equipped with high speed internet service, and cable, which includes all the
favorite kids channels! It is within walking distance to the library, tennis courts, basketball
courts, beach volleyball courts, putt-putt golf, kids playground, and small waterpark; all of which
are free, free, free!

The house is within 15 minutes of the world famous Palm Beach Island, which has an exceptional beach
area, I would suggest that you make your first stop. This particular beach is not populated and you
can always find a parking spot! One of South Floridas best kept secrets.

The Palm Beach Zoo and South Florida Science Museum are within 10 minutes. If you happen to be a
member of your zoo or museum at home, you can use your membership here as well.

The grocery store, Publix, is located 4 blocks away and hosts a beauty salon, nail salon, a
Friendly's, and other miscellaneous businesses. This gem is also centrally located to many
outrageous shopping locations, such as Wellington Green, City Place, Worth Ave in Palm Beach and the
Gardens!

This charming home is reasonably priced! For one week, 6 nights 7 days, is $600 requiring a
250.00 deposit upon reserving. An addition $150.00 dog deposit will be required upon booking and
will be refunded to you upon leaving. This home is also offered for monthly rental at a mere
$2000.00.
