Mountain House - Summer Dates Still Available in Flagstaff

We are already booked for most of the summer, but you can still inquire about June 5-17, July 21-25, or August 4-21...  The house is located in the best part of Continental Country Club, a two-minute walk from Aspen Valley Country Club proshop. This home is a wonderful, spacious and comfortable.

Situated on a wooded lot, you will enjoy a very comfortable Chalet Family Room with windows all around on two sides. Sit around the cozy fireplace or the big dining room table and enjoy your time away from the city. 42 inch High Definition TV with cable mounted above the fireplace.  House includes high-speed wifi.  When there is snow, there is a great sledding hill about 150 yards from the house.

The house sleeps ten in three bedrooms: One has a King Sleigh Bed, the second has two Queen Beds (VERY comfortable mattresses and bedding), and the third huge bedroom we call the "bunk room", with four twin beds plus more room to throw some pads on the floor. Each bedroom has it's own small bathroom with tub or shower... plus another half bathroom downstairs. 

Quality furnishings throughout.  This is not just a rental, the owners frequently spend time so we decorated to suit us. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils and more. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. We are setting this up and pricing it in such a way that we want you to come back again and again.

Flagstaff is a wonderful Mountain Town, with a perfect size University (NAU) and Skiing, both downhill and cross country. Flagstaff is also the gateway to the Grand Canyon. Make our house your base for an incredible summer or winter get-away.

Non Holiday Rates: $185/night (3 night minimum) for "non-high demand" or $1,100/week.  Or will do two nights for $250/night

High Demand/Holiday and NAU Graduation Rates: $250/night (4 night minimum) or $1,450/week.

All Bookings require additional $200 cleaning fee, and $300 deposit (fully refundable if all is left well).
