The third floor is a private suite that sleeps 4 very comfortably. This Master Suite has a king size bed, and a seating area. The sofa converts to a pull-out queen size bed. The suite has a vaulted ceiling, a spacious private bath with whirlpool bath and shower, a private front deck and access to the unit's large rooftop deck with expansive views of Ocean City.

Young kids love this house because of the kid's room, stocked with toys, children's movies, and a TV. For parents, it includes a high chair, and gates, including a permanently installed gate mounted at the access stairwell.

This condo is fully equipped with broadband internet access,
dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, gas heat, fireplace, expanded digital cable
TVs(6) and DVD/VCR players, lockable garage, enclosed
outside shower, off-street parking for two vehicles, six ceiling fans,
and a phone for local calls.

Beach block. It is not necessary to cross any busy streets to get to the
beach! Within a couple of minutes walk to the boardwalk's amusement piers
and water park, shopping on Asbury Avenue, the summertime Wednesday
farmer's market, cafes, restaurants, ice-cream parlors, and churches.
Other activities are within a short walking distance, and include
bike rentals, tennis courts, surfer's beach, fishing jetty, the Ocean
City community center and Music pier, playground, miniature golf, and
movie theater. Ocean City also offers watersports on the bay and a
municipal golf course.
