 Faith Haven on Fort Morgan has a wonderful Gulf front livingroom with satellite t.v., dvd player and a door that opens to a large unscreened wooded balcony with chairs and a swing. A wonderful dining area with a dining table that fits 8 people comfortably. An open kitchen that has a stainless steel refrigerator, coffee maker,cooking utensils and silverware, toaster, blender, coffee grinder, ice-maker, electric stove, dish washer, microwave and a breakfast bar that sits 4 people. This home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms to each bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. They both have queen size Sealy Posturepedic beds, satellite cable, dvd players, and both of them have doors you can open up onto the large covered balcony so you can enjoy that gulf breeze first thing in the morning. The third bedroom has a king size Sealy Posturepedic bed, satellite t.v. and a dvd player. The forth bedroom has a queen size Sealy Posturepedic bed, satellite t.v. and a dvd player. This bedroom also has a side window so you can see the Gulf first thing in the morning. Linens and towels are provided. This house also has central heat and air, telephone, alarm clocks, filtered-water, radio and stereo system. It has a large capacity washer and dryer that is located in a full size laundry adjacent to the kitchen. This house is a NON-SMOKING HOME and is wheelchair inaccessible. *BONUS* covered deck located under the house with a shower that has hot and cold water. 

There is easy access to: The Beach Club that has Spa services, shopping at The Market and a restaurant. Seven miles down the road is the Historic Fort Morgan, where the unforgettable words "Damned the Torpedoes" and "Full Speed Ahead" were made famous by Admiral Farragut during the Civil War. Fort Morgan also has a Ferry Boat that takes you to and from Dauphin Island where you can shop, eat and site see. There is walking trails at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge in Cabana Beach Estates and on the Peninsula as well.   

IN CABANA BEACH ESTATES AND ON THE PENINSULA, WE ONLY HAVE A VOLUNTEER FIRE DEP., THEREFORE, WE DO NOT ALLOW FIRES OR FIREWORKS. THANK YOU.                                                                                          

Pleasure Island and Fort Morgan is filled with many things to do. For all you shoppers out there, we have The Wharf that is filled with wonderful shops, dining, a movie theater and live music. The Tanger Outlet mall that has 120 name brand stores just minutes away, Souvenir shops up and down the Beach Blvd, and of couse local shops filled with local art and gifts. There is Charter Boat Fishing, Fishing on or off the Gulf State Park Pier, Scuba Diving and snorkeling, Surfing, Boat and Jet Ski Rentals, Parisailing and Dolphin Cruises. There is 13 Premir Golf Courses, Waterville U.S.A. Tracks, Put-Put, The Gulf Coast Zoo, Nature Trails in the State Parks, Bird Watching, Bicycling, and The Historic Fort Morgan, where the unforgettable words "Damned the Torpedoes" and "Full Speed Ahead" were made famous by Admiral Farragut during the Civil War. *To rent and hold the house, we require 30% of the rate for however long you will be staying.  We require the 70% remaining balance paid in full 60 days before your arrival. If you rent the house 60 days or less of your arrival, we ask that the payment be paid in full. There will be a $300.00 refundable damage deposit added as well. this is just in case something is damaged during your stay. If everything looks great, please give us 30 days or less to return your $300.00 damage deposit.

*Cancellation Policy: If notice to cancel is given at least 60 days
in advance, the deposit will be refunded for a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days, 50% of full payment
will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 days, it will result in forfeiture of initial reservation payment and rent.

*NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to bad weather (hurricanes, etc...) or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range.

*Lodging tax: Starting January 1, 2010 we will be adding a 11% lodging tax (state, county, and city taxes) to all rentals. If you book your reservations befor January 1, 2010 with 30% of your rental rate, we will take care of the lodging taxes. 

*CHECK IN / CHECK OUT*

*This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental. A monthly rental is a four week stay that will begin on a Saturday and end on a Staurday.

On the day of your arrival, we ask that check-in be at 3:00pm and on your day of departure we ask that check-out be at 10:00am. This gives our cleaning service time to make sure the house is nice and clean for the next guests. Please, we ask no requests made to arrive early or leave late. Thank you.

*We are required to inform you about the rules of the house.*

  1. Because we only have a volunteer fire department, all fireworks and bon fires are prohibited in Cabana Beach Estates and on the beach as well.

 2. Please do not put the ashes from the grill on the sand. Please use a garbage bag and put in the trash bin.

 3. All pets have to be leashed on the beach.

 4. Please pick up after your pets so we can continue to have our pets with us on vacation.

 5. For the big messes, please use the designated rags in the basket on the Kitchen counter for cleaning the grill, red wine spills, etc...

 6. Before leaving, please put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on to wash. Also, please take the trash outside to the bins out front.

 7. Please make sure that all beach chairs, toys, garbage, etc... are off the beach before you leave.

 8. This is the most important rule of all, Have a great vacation and enjoy our wonderful beaches here on the Gulf Coast. Thank you:)
