   Located less than 50yards from the   sparkling white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico,Faith Haven is   spacious, immaculate and luxuriously  comfortable.  Kitchen, dining and great room have a view of the  Gulf and opens onto a large covered porch that stretches the width of the home  and has plenty of seating for watching the water or reclining with a good  book. Great room has new down sofa & chairs from Crate &  Barrel  to relax and watch the flat screen TV. Kitchen is  fully equipped from cook books, Kiureg coffee maker, a separate ice maker and breakfast bar.  Dining room has large dining table  that  seats eight.   Buffet is filled with puzzles, games   and books of all description   that offer reading enjoyment from  mysteries to historical essays.   Faith Haven has four spacious bedrooms, each with a  full bath,  ample closets and  flat screen  tv's.   Bedrooms are tastefully decorated in restful earth tones  and colors of the sea.Two ,one king, one queen, open onto the  covered porch for early morning or late night walks on the  beach.There is an oversized with a king and to the  West a queen size.   There is no house on the West side,just unblocked  view of the Gulf. The lower covered deck is centered by a wooden  swing and brand new beautiful wooden deck furniture where there is an unobstructed view of the spectacular sunsets over the  Gulf.  An outdoor shower with hot and cold running water , is a refreshing  spot to cool down from a morning run on the sand or to wash away sand from an  afternoon of swimming and sun bathing. In addition Faith Haven has WiFi internet access.  All linens are provided, and a full sized washer, dryer, ironing board and iron  are located in the laundry room off the kitchen. Within easy walking distance is The Beach Club  which offers fine dining and a wonderful spa.  Seven miles down Fort Morgan  road is historic Fort Morgan where history is brought to life in the museum and  on summer candlelight tours.  Upscale shopping is available at the Wharf in  Orange Beach and Pelican Place.   Outlet shopping can be found in  Tanger Mall on Highway 59 north of Gulf Shores. Souvenir shops and quaint  gift shops can be found in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach as well as Art Galleries  that feature local artists.   For those who enjoy the outdoors,  walking trails, fishing - oth pier fishing and charter boat deep sea fishing  bicycle paths, scuba diving snorkeling, surfing, boat and jet ski rentals are  some of the many opportunities here on the Gulf coast.

There is easy access to: The Beach Club that has Spa services, shopping at The Market and a restaurant. Seven miles down the road is the Historic Fort Morgan, where the unforgettable words "Damned the Torpedoes" and "Full Speed Ahead" were made famous by Admiral Farragut during the Civil War. Fort Morgan also has a Ferry Boat that takes you to and from Dauphin Island where you can shop, eat and site see. There is walking trails at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge in Cabana Beach Estates and on the Peninsula as well.

There is Charter Boat Fishing, Fishing on or off the Gulf State Park Pier, Scuba Diving and snorkeling, Surfing, Boat and Jet Ski Rentals, Parasailing and Dolphin Cruises. *To rent and hold the house, we require 30% of the rate for however long you will be staying.  We require the 70% remaining balance paid in full 60 days before your arrival. If you rent the house 60 days or less of your arrival, we ask that the payment be paid in full. There will be a $500.00 refundable damage deposit added. this is just in case something is damaged during your stay. If damage occurs, we will deduct the damage amount from your deposit. If you are staying less than a week, there is a $50.00 cleaning fee added as well. If everything looks great, please give us 30 days or less to return your $500.00 damage deposit.

*Cancellation Policy: If notice to cancel is given at least 60 days
in advance, the deposit will be refunded for a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days, 50% of full payment
will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 days, it will result in forfeiture of initial reservation payment and rent.

*NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to bad weather (hurricanes, etc...) or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range.

*Lodging Tax* There will be a 8.5% lodging tax (state, county and city) added to every rental.

*A monthly rental is a four week stay.

 On the day of your arrival, we ask that check-in be at 3:00pm and on your day of departure we ask that check-out be at 10:00am. This gives our cleaning service time to make sure the house is nice and clean for the next guests. Please, we ask no requests made to arrive early or leave late. Thank you.

*We are required to inform you about the rules of the house.*

  1. Because we only have a volunteer fire department, all fireworks and bon fires are prohibited in Cabana Beach Estates and on the beach as well.

 2. Please do not put the ashes from the grill on the sand. Please use a garbage bag and put in the trash bin.

 3. All pets have to be leashed on the beach.

 4. Please pick up after your pets so we can continue to have our pets with us on vacation.

 5. For the big messes, please use the designated rags in the basket on the Kitchen counter for cleaning the grill, red wine spills, etc...

 6. Before leaving, please put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on to wash. Also, please take the trash outside to the bins out front.

 7. Please make sure that all beach chairs, toys, garbage, etc... are off the beach before you leave.

 8. This is the most important rule of all, Have a great vacation and enjoy our wonderful beaches here on the Gulf Coast. Thank you:)
