This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath luxury condo boats everything  
you will want for your ultimate Mexico vacation. This condo is just  
1  
block to the ocean and 5th Avenue ( La Quinta) where there are  
exquisite restaurants, bars, night clubs, and the most whitest sandy  
beaches in the world. Because this condo is so centrally located you  
will not need a car-Everything is within WALKING DISTANCE. You get  
an  
UNOBSTRUCTED view of the ocean from the living,dining room, &  
kitchen. You will definitely spend allot of time on your own 25x25  
private rooftop deck, also with unobstructed views of the entire  
beachfront and caribbean sea. The deck has a jacuzzi, tiki hut table  
for 4, couch that seats 6 people, & 2 lounge chairs.  There is a  
gorgeous resort style swimming pool at the building for your  
enjoyment. The condo is usually rented all year long, with multiple  
repeat visitors. The kitchen is fully equipted because the owner is  
a  
chef. You will not find a condo with higher end finishes and as  
lovely views as "Casa Del Lauria".  
 
 Located on the beautiful Mexicana Caribbean coast some 40 miles (60  
kms.) south of Cancun, Playa , as it is now affectionately known, is  
the perfect base from which to explore the fascinating sites along  
the Cancun -Tulum Corridor of Quintana Roo. Playa Del Carmen is a  
hidden gem on the Caribbean coast of Eastern Mexico. It is a resort  
community in a small Mexican village with white sandy beaches and  
turquoise seas. Jacques Cousteau called these waters here "the  
clearest and bluest in the world." Playa del Carmen is inhabited and  
visited by mostly Europeans and South Americans, and because of that  
it has a very international flavor. Playa is only 45 minutes from  
Cancun, but the town is completely different. Playa has the inherent  
charm of its old days as a Mexican village combined with the chic  
and  
trendy hot spots that people come from around the world to indulge  
in. The town of Playa has a limit on building heights, 3-4 stories  
and most have grass hut roofing, and the charming cobblestone  
streets  
are lined with unique restaurants, boutiques, and incredible night  
life. At the beach you will be spoiled by the incredible food,  
frozen  
drinks, and european chill-out music straight from London. The  
beaches are liberal and somewhat topless.  
 
The second best diving in the world is on the island Cozumel, only a  
half hour boat ride away. In Cozumel, even when snorkeling, you will  
see creatures of the sea that you have only heard about in  
storybooks. In Playa you do not need a car, life here is relaxing  
and slow, and everything is a short stroll down the road. Once you  
spend a holiday in Playa Del Carmen, you will have a hard time  
leaving. We always do.  
 
Casa De Lauria is located less than one block to Coco Beach, rated  
the top beach in Playa del Carmen, in a 24 unit condominium building  
called Hacienda San Jose. The building has lush grounds and a  
beautiful swimming pool made with boulders and natural rock. This  
condo development was built in 2001. Casa De Lauria is a premier  
unit because it is on the top floor (3rd), and has a private 500 sq.  
ft terrace with panoramic views of the sea and a private jacuzzi.  
This is a fantastic location only two blocks off of the main  
promenade, where all of the trendy restaurants and shopping is  
found. It is peaceful and quiet at the condo but only a few steps to  
all of the excitement.
